I have always enjoyed the service and atmosphere at Rogers BWP. They now have a new building at the same location. They have
done an oustanding job! The inside and out side are amazing! The pizza, food and service is great!
Put BWP Rogers on your bucket list!
Nice new building, took 15 mins to even get acknowledged and it wasn't even busy. Placed order and it took an additonal 25 mins for an order of wings. Really? The level of service needs to improve or the new building will do nothing to help the longevity of this chain. Food was good, but service had no intent or urgency.

New building is nice but holy balls take forever to get service in the bar area. Please figure this part out. Doesn't make sense switching buildings makes the service slower???
Love Broadway but won't be back for a bit.

I visited this location a week after they moved to their new space, bringing a client for a one-hour lunch meeting. Upon arriving, we promptly ordered an appetizer and drinks. After receiving our drinks, however, our server disappeared. It took 45 minutes to receive our appetizer, only after I flagged down another staff member to check on it.
When the cheese curds finally arrived, I had to request a server just to place our food order. Nearly an hour into our visit, we were finally able to order, but by that time, we had to request our meals to go. During the wait, it took three separate requests just to get our bill.
When our food was handed to us, the server remarked, "We're a new restaurant, so things are a little slow."
I contacted corporate afterward to share this experience, but disappointingly, no one followed up with me.

The Hawaiian pizza was amazing. As was the veggie wrap on spinach tortilla. Staff were so friendly and the atmosphere was just super fun.

We wanted to try the new Broadway, we have enjoyed the old one many times in the past but we never had the opportunity to find out anything on this trip. We wanted to sit on the patio for happy hour, and then order a pizza after a bit. When we arrived we were told the patio was closed. OK No biggie, we will sit at a both and enjoy the new place. We were seated at 4:40, we waited until 5:05 with no one coming to our table. Happy hour ended at 5:00. They had 4 people at the hostess stand when we came, and 4 standing around visiting when we left. No one spoke to us after we were seated. After reading all the other reviews on poor service I feel like this is piling on a bit, however it is what happened. Too bad, we had looked forward to the new place opening for months..... Complete waste of a pretty, updated, cool looking place....You need a manager on duty.
New remodeled building that looks great!

New building located just behind the old one. Nice new building with clean bathrooms, but the same old Broadway Pizza you've loved for years.

First time in the new location. The food was good overall. Wife got pizza and said it was great. Spaghetti and meatballs was better than the old location. Both kids got kids chicken tenders but they gave them 2 and. Half chicken tenders they actually ripped them in half it looked like bites were taken out of them. The service was very poor. Server only came by once to take orders. I had to flag her down for a refill. She never came back voluntary. I had to go to the host stand for ketchup. Overall this has been a really poor experience. I debate coming back.

Service was okay… food was way worse than the old Roger’s one. Not impressed with this new building at all it doesn’t even feel like a broadway anymore they are just trying to be like all of the other bars around.

Title: Horrendous Experience at Broadway Pizza in Rogers - Avoid at All Costs!
Rating: ★☆☆☆☆
Our visit to the new Broadway Pizza in Rogers was nothing short of a nightmare. What was supposed to be a pleasant family outing turned into one of the most frustrating and disappointing dining experiences we’ve ever had.
Upon arrival, we were informed that there would be a 30-minute wait because they apparently don’t know how to seat a party of 7. Really? A pizza restaurant that can’t figure out how to accommodate a group? We thought maybe they’d push a few tables together or come up with a solution. Instead, we were left waiting while watching no less than 25 people—smaller groups that came in after us—get seated immediately.
But that’s not even the worst part. The teenage girls at the host stand were beyond rude, acting like they were more at a high school hangout than at work. They gossiped about boys, refused to make eye contact, and completely ignored our requests for updates. It was like we were invisible. The lack of professionalism was shocking and downright insulting.
We thought we could at least grab a beer while waiting, but that turned into another ordeal. When we tried to get a staff member’s attention, she actually sped up to avoid us! The service here is a joke. The staff is not just undertrained—they’re utterly incompetent and rude to the point of being hostile. It’s astonishing that a place this poorly run could even open its doors.
Broadway Pizza in Rogers is an absolute disgrace. They clearly don’t care about their customers, and the staff’s lack of basic courtesy and professionalism is appalling. We will never set foot in this place again, and I strongly advise anyone considering it to stay far, far away. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere—anywhere—else.
