I’m not one to complain but in the last few months this place has gone down hill. Before this summer I NEVER had an issue with this store. I frequent it multiple times a week and lately service has been slow like 20 mins with 1 person in from of me slow, employees visibly messing around instead of doing their job, and drinks that are so different from what they are supposed to be. Yesterday I got a coffee I get all the time (nitro high rise with 1 pump of pumpkin and when I got to the window I could tell it was wrong and asked her to make a new one (she handed me a black cold brew coffee not even close to what I had ordered) she remade it and it was still wrong. At this point I felt weird and the employee was getting rude so I left. $7.56 down the drain for a small cup of cold brew mind didn’t even have pumpkin syrup or milk so what did I pay for? If we are going to charge people this much can we at least get what’s on the menu and have it be somewhat correct?

I never swing through this Caribou but did this morning on the way down to the cities. The man working when I went through the drive through was so pleasant and had me leaving with a big smile. I think his name tag said Alex or Alec? Best customer service!

It's a nice location to have brunch at, but their service has been very lacking lately. Today (5/25/25) a friend and I ordered from there and not only did they make me the incorrect drink, they forgot to prepare us the sandwiches both of us ordered. We waited about 15-20 minutes total for our orders. A woman nearby also had to wait awhile and asked about her sandwich multiple times before she received it. It was clear she was upset. There were 3 employees working and there didn't seem to be good management or teamwork at all. I honestly couldn't tell if there was even a manager present. On their defense, they were short a staff member who was unable to be replaced, but the lack of visible management was very clear. Management, please direct your team better and encourage collaboration; there's clearly a problem with those at this location.
