Their food was fine, Godiva was wonderful, but unfortunately two times I ordered a breakfast bowl and didn't get a utensil with it. I'm now on my way to the airport staring at my food.

Ordered an XL Hot Mocha from the drive-thru. Got going down the road and noticed I could not get a sip like from a full drink. Pulled over to take a look and found that the drink wasn't nearly filled up as there was at least 1.5 inches of room on top. This much after whipped cream had melted (see photo 1) .

Turned around and went back and explained the matter, to which they offered me another. The second one likewise was not filled, as there was at least 1 inch of room on the top. Again after whipped cream had melted (see photo 2).

Service was good, but I just think that if I order an XL (and leave a tip in addition), it should be nearly filled up with just a little whip on top. The photos illustrate the drinks before I ever took a sip from either.

Tried this one for the first time. Friendly staff. My drink was fine. But my breakfast sandwich was the worst I've ever had, uneditable bagel breakfast sandwich. Bagel was extremely chewy and hurt my teeth to the point I ended up having to throw it away. Won't bother going back.

Got scolded at the drive thru window for not telling them we wanted to use rewards before applying payment; however, first thing we told them was we wanted to use rewards. Also they never gave us our bakery item that we paid for.

I gave this caribou a 5 star rating for doing what was right when the order was not correct! The manager is extremely friendly and efficient when he realized our order was in correct! For this we will be coming to buy our drinks here when coming through 94 to the twin cities!

I’m not one to complain but in the last few months this place has gone down hill. Before this summer I NEVER had an issue with this store. I frequent it multiple times a week and lately service has been slow like 20 mins with 1 person in from of me slow, employees visibly messing around instead of doing their job, and drinks that are so different from what they are supposed to be. Yesterday I got a coffee I get all the time (nitro high rise with 1 pump of pumpkin and when I got to the window I could tell it was wrong and asked her to make a new one (she handed me a black cold brew coffee not even close to what I had ordered) she remade it and it was still wrong. At this point I felt weird and the employee was getting rude so I left. $7.56 down the drain for a small cup of cold brew mind didn’t even have pumpkin syrup or milk so what did I pay for? If we are going to charge people this much can we at least get what’s on the menu and have it be somewhat correct?
