This location is awful. They always run out (or didn't make any for the day) hard shells, and they will never make them. Other locations usually have them and if they don't, they are happy to run in the back and make some because it only takes a few minutes. This location regularly refuses to make them. Do yourself a favor and drive to 10 extra minutes past this location to Maple Grove by the hospital.
This Chipotle is the absolute worst. It's very clear that the people working there do not get along. They care not about the patrons trying to get their burritos, bowls, quesadillas, etc. There is no hustle. No communication to the team or to the customers. Just "it is what it is" attitude. It doesn't matter when you visit; from open to close, 7 days a week, this has been my experience. I once waited 45 minutes for an order ahead pick up order. Got charged 5$ more than I should have, asked why it was more expensive at the register and wasn’t told why. I called when I got home because I see I was charged for extra steak and did not receive extra steak. Got to speak to the general manager but he told me chipotle doesn’t want to dig into their pockets for this mistake so even though he watched the video and I did not review extra steak they did not want to lose money for their mistake and would rather take my money...read full review
