AWFUL! Put in an order for pickup and they forgot several items! The food that we did actually receive was terrible. Wet rice, Pico had old tomatoes, wilted lettuce, and overall very salty and sweet. Just plain gross. Chipotle used to be known for quality ingredients but they are far from that today

Those two girls at the front need to get more trained in food industry. They are so unfriendly, unprofessional, bad attitude.
Also, the rice is too much water added. Moreover, the portions are less than others store.
I won’t come back here

I can’t believe how unprofessional this place is to have me order my whole burrito to find out there is no lettuce and then had to pay full price? I feel scammed that no one told me that before ordering. Your location owes me some money back for real. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.

We came in around 1030pm. Sorry...There was two young ladies helped us. They were in a good mood I didn't expect that so late these 2 need to be thanked for how nice my experience was. Thank you two so much and the team working hard to get ready to close.

I just stopped by an hour ago to grab a couple things. A chicken fajita burrito and a steak fajita bowl. When I arrived there were three teenagers in front of me. They all got steak but the Asian guy told them they only had to pay for chicken.

I stood there for a minute before someone finally came to help me. They WAY over seasoned the steak and the fajita veggies. My better half is diabetic and can’t eat a lot of sodium. Therefore was unable to eat it. I tried it and agreed it had way too much. Judging by this and the other reviews of this location I will for sure never be back. And I eat Chipotle at least twice a month.

This place is disgusting!!!! As soon as I walked in it was just food and garbage all over the floor and tables. not one clean table to sit at just filth and the smell was awful!! I turned around and walked right out of their front of house is this bad why would I want to eat food from the kitchen, just imagine what that looks like.. yuck

I think this location needs an adult to supervise and give these teenagers some guidance on food safety and their attitudes. 8 people working with dirty tables, out of tons of menu options and horrible customer service. No wonder they are at a 3 star for their rating. Their excuse was it’s busy. I’ve seen busy restaurants and they weren’t busy at all. Teenagers ruining business more and more these days. Please hire an adult to manage your restaurants cuz it depends on it.

We went on the day, if you wear a hockey jersey you get BOGO. Well the email never said BOGO on half portions of a burrito..

The guy barely gave us a regular serving of rice, and when I asked for a little more, he said 'absolutely not, we need to ration out our servings' If you are going to have a BOGO then your location needs to prep better for the product your giving, stock up! It's not like we even asked for extra, just a normal amount. So when I replied with, 'so I can't even get a regular serving of rice?' he said nope, basically tossed my burrito bowl to the next worker and moved on. I replied with, 'that's a bummer, I don't think i'll be coming back to this one if this is how your customer service is going to be.' and he yelled back at me 'say it to my face!'

Horrible, disrespectful customer service, horrible portions, and they also got our orders mixed up, which we didn't realize till we got home but that is what it is.

If you are going to have a very popular BOGO deal then you need to stock up on all your food and produce.

Tried calling but there was just a robot. Ordered delivery through Doordash and that was the BEST Chipotle bowl I’ve ever had. Meat was perfectly seasoned and portioned, and the bowl was so heavy it ripped through the bag. Someone kiss the kitchen crew thank you for me, it was amazing.

The guy who helped me and two other ppl was cleaning then drain by the line and wasn't wearing gloves. Then proceeded to wash his hands to help on the line and did NOT use soap. Just a water rinse and gloved up
As a person of the food industry this is absolutely disgusting and never ok. You could literally kill somebody. Y'all need a reality check on food safety and handling
