The guy who helped me and two other ppl was cleaning then drain by the line and wasn't wearing gloves. Then proceeded to wash his hands to help on the line and did NOT use soap. Just a water rinse and gloved up
As a person of the food industry this is absolutely disgusting and never ok. You could literally kill somebody. Y'all need a reality check on food safety and handling

I recommend the people do not order food online cause they take advantage of you. I ordered a burrito actually the chicken burrito and it looks like it is a rice burrito cause I don’t see the chicken they make the burrito pretty big but it’s full of rice this is ridiculous. They should do something about this or you’re gonna start losing more and more customer like that stop being greedy. I’m not happy at all, especially when the price of the burrito increase the price ,not good not good.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Guy who served me didn’t say one word, looked extremely pissed off. I asked for light tomato and he puts a massive scoop. Bowl was sopping wet and dripped all over my car seat and pants. I will never be going back to this location.

I had been coming to this Chipotle probably twice a week for years.

I got an email that told me to log into my app to redeem my “free guac”.

They would not honor it.. I have the scan code that says in very clear letters “free guac”. Plain as day. They said the machine is having trouble with it and I asked if they could just simply honor it since I drove all the way there to get Chipotle and try to redeem the free guacamole. They wouldn’t do it. They said absolutely not. I said wow I come here like twice a week and you’re about to lose my business over a cup of guacamole. They snarked and said that’s fine. They didn’t care at all. So I won’t be going back there. It’s just the principle of it.

I don’t know how hard it is to follow ingredients when someone places an order online but they literally have never gotten an order correct. Definitely won’t be going back. My toddler follows instructions better.

Hope you do not want rice with your burrito. We just drove from another city whose chipotle had no veggies, and now this chipotle did not know they need rice to make burritos. Where is the attorney general with false advertising?

Chipotle’s food is consistently good but the servers at different times have attitude problems!! I’ve stated this before but it never changes and I believe this is because it stems from the attitudes of the supervisors and Jr managers.

I haven’t tried eating here in a long time because we would always get sick after. I tried again this week and unfortunately still the same. They were out of most of the meats, the rice was really sticky, the chicken was chewy, just not good.

The food quality was very good but when we walked in at 8pm there were no customers in the restaurant and about 8 employees behind the counter. Every single table was very dirty! Vikings game was on TV in the back…don’t mind them watching the game but priorities seemed out of place. Even after an employee came out and wiped the tables there were still food debris left.This seems like a management problem. Employees needed more training.
