Gave me much more rice than i asked for, then half meat and argued with me, then tried to upsell on double meat. I just walked out, went to a better Chipolte where I got GREAT portions, without the argument! Terrible service!

Ordered online and they messed it up. Ordered Carnitas and got none. Ordered tomatoes salsa and got none. Ordered fajita veggies and got one piece of pepper and 3 pieces of onion. My tortillas on the side were glued together making them impossible to separate. Not happy at all.

Haven't been to Chipotle in a long time and I've heard people complain about the portions and price. I thought the portion was still generous and it was still under $10, it's hard to beat that these days especially for the quality.

Went there in-person today for lunch and the doors are locked. Google says it's open until 11 pm. No sign on the doors or anything indicating that it is closed or open late, etc. I even called the number and it goes straight to robot answering telling me that it will take my order. I was not even able to contact the crew. There was also a cold dry bowl of rice just sitting right outside the locked door.

My family of 5 all got bowls. The food was so bland, we couldnāt even finish it. Absolutely no flavor in anything, including the guacamole. The rice was also way overcooked. However, Service was great. Bathrooms and general area were very dirty. Will not be visiting this Chipotle EVER again.

I visit this location a few times per month. More than half of the time when I go inside they immediately say mobile orders only today. So I placed my order through the website. Not only was it late but it wasnāt what I ordered. There was random meat and wrong ingredients. I approached the manager, Humberto, to let him know of the issue. He replayed with, āyou got a product didnāt you? We donāt have the right food so you get what you get. What do you want from me?ā I proceeded to tell him I have dietary restrictions and I could not eat what was provided. He said, ātough luck.ā I had to fight to get a refund since I couldnāt even eat it. The order was covered in sour cream and the restaurant was a mess. Iām sure the staff was defeated but I couldnāt eat my food. I really hope they can fix things because I used to love this location.

I donāt normally post negative reviews but I placed a pickup order for just a cheese quesadilla with guacamole and some chips and guacamole. I got 2 containers of guac, both completely bad. I thought eh Iāll try them anyways, sometimes guac just needs to be stirred a bit to freshen it.. but wow was it actually extremely old. Had to spit it out- definitely guacamole that had been sitting in to go containers for a few days. The service was fine but spoiled, old food is a big no for me!

Had to keep repeating my order to them because they kept getting distracted by the next order and previous order. Otherwise, standard Chipotle as far as food and atmosphere.

I drive from Zimmerman, past elk river chipotle, to this one in Rogerās. Iāve never had a bad experience here. I do tip well and use the app exclusively.
