The recent change to the cheese sauce is terrible. It was perfect, why the change to make it gross, watery and tasteless? Also, if the option to make fries crispy is an option provided, and selected, please deliver them crispy! :)

Service has always been great. But whoever cooked my burgers around 6pm on 1/15/26 Served me two really dried out absolutely old tasting nasty burgers. I have never had the problem at this location but it tasted so bad that I almost got sick. Please think about retraining whoever was on rhe grills that night. Thanks.

Food portions a huge and tastier compared to the Albertville Culver's which is closest to where l live. I will be coming to Rogers Culvers if l have a hankering for fish burger and fries 😊

Love the gluten free options however most times we go there the orders are inaccurate or missing items. Today it was the fry’s in the kids meal. A big deal to a kid. This is not the first time second or third time. Suggest Culver’s corporate slash the commercial budget and have someone do quality control at peak times and empower your team to make decisions. One expects this from McDonald but not Culver’s. Lastly it’s not about the price or the refund. It’s about getting it right for a kid who has very little time to eat before practice. We don’t need your refund. They blocked my post because they know everything about what I said is true. Will contact corporate. Not expecting much. But I do see a possible class action suit against them for multiple reasons. Look for yourself.

I don't know what's going on with this Culver's. I ordered a single butter burger deluxe and it was horrible. To start, it was ice cold. The pattie was paper thin to the point I couldn't even taste it. It was over loaded with lettuce, tomato, and onion. I felt like I was eating a vegetable sandwich. There was a piece of cheese thrown on top not anywhere near melted. The onion rings were close to burnt as well. They also forgot my malt. I usually visit the Maple Grove location and have always had delicious food. I will not be returning to this location. A huge waste of time and money. Do better, Culver's!
