We have come here a few evenings over the last month for dinner and ice cream after T-ball (Wednesday 7/16 and Tuesday 8/5), and the staff working those shifts were EXCELLENT. They were friendly, polite, and professional. They went above and beyond to check in on us and interacted with our young boys in a very sweet way. I don't leave a lot of reviews, but the experience stood out to me and I feel they should be recognized.

OKish food. My cheese burger had a huge quarter inch thick SLAB of odd white sauce on it plus other things like ketchup. Plenty of pickles. Super super messy. Could barely taste the burger. And only provided 2 tiny napkins. Luckily I was going home to eat it or it would have been a huge mess. Blizzard was kinda melty already when I got it and melted fast even though I brought it home in a cooler with ice packs planning ahead. Tasted good though. Plenty of parking and pretty easy to get to. Drive through a little slow.

Worst DQ I've ever been! First, it took FOREVER to get some cheese curds. Second, I ordered a medium dipped cone and got a small one with barely any dip. And lastly, the sundae/milkshake/ice cream counter was DISGUSTINGLY dirty!

Stopped in today to grab some food for one of our kids. The place was nice and clean with polite staff. The food came out hot and fresh and was worth the little bit of wait time we had.

Having lived in the Rogers area for about 5 years, this location was AWFUL in the past. BUT over the last year or so, they must be under new management or something. The service is fast and the food comes how it was ordered. The drive thru is no longer a 40 minute nightmare. My last visit in particular on a hot busy weekend in June, Larry at the front was taking orders and delivering food to tables flawlessly. Great job in turning this location around, thanks!

It was good but the workers seem cranky especially when they screwed up the order and thought we were at fault but it was them!
Went there and got a meal deal and another soda. Got to the soda machine and it was out of order. Went to the counter to get the drinks and they said it was out of order too. When I said I wasn't paying for the drinks and wanted my money back even when they said they knew they weren't working we were ignored. Other customers came after us and they still sold soda.

My son graduated preschool and wanted to celebrate at DQ. We were a group of 8 and we ordered some food along with a cake. I requested the staff to cut the cake for me and provide plates or ice cream cups for serving, but the worker said she couldn't assist with either!! . I am unable to understand why she couldn't fulfill such a simple request for the cake that I purchased from your store. As a result, my husband had to leave, purchase a knife and plates from Cub Foods while we were having our meal. It was frustrating!
