Went through the drive through last night 3/31for some ice cream. There woman taking my order seemed like she did not want to be there and lacked any form of customer service skills. There were 2 cars ahead of me, and after waiting 15 min, I pulled out of line and left as only 1 car had moved in that time. Went to culvers across the street and received prompt and polite service.

Waited at front counter for ten minutes during lunch time and said hello several times. You can hear employees in the back talking and not responding. Looks like you need employees who will actually do their job.

Just went through the drive-through and ordered a meal and some other things. There was a miscommunication between myself and who took the order. Sam, the manager got involved and offered to refund the difference and was super nice. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I had nothing but good luck here!

I had the misfortune of eating at this Dairy Queen a week ago. First off the girl at the drive thru was short with me and rude (younger girl, red hair). I should have known there was a problem when the guy ahead of me aggressively pulled out of the drive thru lane without getting his food. When I got to the window she tried giving me a drink and I told her it wasn’t part of my order. She asked me if the guy ahead of me drove off and I said yes. She then shut the window and I heard her say loudly “I think I’m going to lose it!” She then disappeared for some time, and a guy showed up. I heard him through the window, while looking at the computer screen, saying “Why is this still on here?! Why the f is this still on here?!” He then handed me a bag of food. I of course knew it was not going to be the right order. I pulled up a bit and it was chicken strips and fries. I ordered a double cheeseburger and cheese curds. I proceeded to go inside to get the correct food. The red haired girl asked me if he gave me strips with fries and I said yes. She went to bag my correct food, meanwhile the guy who was making the food, who was also at the window earlier, shot me a glare, the “how dare you come in here to get the correct food that you ordered” sort of a glare. Then the red haired girl handed me my bag, turned around, and walked away. No apology, no thank you, nothing. The service here is so bad it has to be experienced to be believed.

To the owner- food was great and the place was clean. The red headed girl working the counter today was a complete loss for your business. She was rude and made us feel uncomfortable, not welcomed, and like we were a pain for her to help. Makes us think about not wanting to come back to this location anymore.

I went through the drive thru with my two children. I handed the cashier a 100 dollar bill. She got irritated and asked someone for help. She then said “I don’t know why people do this” to them. Not once did she ask me for smaller bills or a card. I handed her the 100 knowing that normal people would say they couldn’t break it instead of being passive aggressive and complaining to her supervisor as I could hear. On top of that I ordered pretzel sticks and wasn’t even given all 3, and the fries were very cold. She was extremely rude.

We love DQ Grill & Chills, so we decided to try the Rogers location. We walked in, and every employee visible was standing and looking at their phone. The fries we got were soggy with grease and undercooked. We asked for new fries and got the same result. The restaurant was dirty, so we took our ice cream outside and that was filthy too. We will not be back to this location.
