Just went through the drive-through and ordered a meal and some other things. There was a miscommunication between myself and who took the order. Sam, the manager got involved and offered to refund the difference and was super nice. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I had nothing but good luck here!

I come to this Dairy Queen all the time. I’m happy to say I have noticed a change every time I come to this location. The employees seem happier. The cleanses of the restaurant has really improved. And the wait time has also gotten better.

The gals at Dairy Queen early this afternoon (7/26) had the best customer service I’ve encountered yet at this location. Tanisha (I believe her name was), specifically helped with my ice cream cake and a blizzard. They also wished my toddler a happy birthday and were so sweet to her as we were leaving.
