This is the absolute best Denny’s I have ever been to. Everything about it is top notch. Denny’s should do the Old school Diner everywhere. I was greeted immediately by the host. He was pleasant. The Food was excellent. Fresh and Crispy. I had the Slamburger for the first time with Onion Rings. Recommended by the outgoing friendly waiter. Jace is a great example and should be able to teach others how to give superb customer service. I felt comfortable in this establishment. I’m an OTR truck driver and it felt good to feel like I was at a local place. I definitely will remember this place and hope to make it back again. They offer one night free parking. Win, win WIN and WIN!

Came this morning and had a wonderful breakfast, came later this afternoon at 2:45 and waited until 3:20 before anyone came to ask for my order or even check on me. Disappointed. Asked the check for the lemonade and left. Also, $4 for a lemonade is kinda excessive.

I had the misfortune of walking into Denny's, expecting a decent meal and some basic human decency. What I got was a whole lot of nothing. As I stood at the front door, I was completely ignored by the hostess, who seemed to be staring right through me. It was as if I was invisible, and it didn't take a genius to wonder if it had something to do with the color of my skin. The minutes ticked by, and I watched as a white family greeted with a smile and promptly seated. Meanwhile, I just stood there, feeling like a ghost hovering outside the entrance. The silence was deafening, and the lack of acknowledgment was palpable.
Let me be clear: Denny's has some serious issues with diversity and inclusion, or at least that's how it felt during my visit. If you're not part of their perceived "target demographic," then you might as well be invisible. And honestly, who needs that kind of toxic atmosphere when there are plenty of other restaurants out there that actually value their customers? Needless to say, I won't be back at Denny's anytime soon. Zero stars from this disappointed – and insulted – customer.
