Went to Maynard's for CROSS fundraiser night and had a really good experience! Ambience with holiday decor was nice, food and drinks were good. No complaints, happy I went.

Maynard’s in Rogers is a notch above your standard diner — more like your favorite cousin who cleaned up, put on a nice shirt, and actually knows how to cook. The menu’s got range: patty melt, pot roast sandwich, French dip… all looking (and tasting) like they came out of a proper kitchen.
Dad ordered the sirloin — cooked right, looked right, and done perfectly. My brother, working the heart-smart angle, went with salmon and a salad. Even he admitted it was delicious. My wife had shrimp scampi, another went for the fettuccine Alfredo — which arrived as a glorious mountain of noodles.
Me? Firecracker shrimp tacos. Big shrimp, bold flavor, and plenty of them — not that three-shrimp nonsense you get elsewhere. Presentation was spot-on, staff stayed sharp and friendly, and even the bathrooms were clean (always a good sign).
All in all, a great meal, solid service, and a place I’d definitely hit again.

Stopped in for a business lunch meeting and had a caprese stacked salad and the firecracker shrimp. The shrimp fell flat this time and the waitress quickly removed that from our bill (and the table) and the rest of my experience was good. Atmosphere is uplifting and staff are friendly

Chicken stir fry and chicken Alfredo was great. Server was nonexistent and had to wave to her to get the bill and to go containers. She literally didn't say 2 words and never asked how the food was. Luckily it was good and only our water was empty.

What an overbearing manager tonight. I came in tonight and felt nothing but hurried the entire time. First, to get my order in and then to leave at closing (11pm) as I'm literally about to finish my last drink. I've been coming into Maynard's frequently over the last 13 years. After Tonight's experience with their bonehead manager Chris, I'm done. I plan to email their management with more details. Treat your customers right and they will return.
