Stopped in on a Saturday evening at 8 after looking at Christmas lights in the area. There was no one inside except the 5 boys who were working. They took our order right away. Our food came out in the plastic dishes which was disappointing since typically it is served in white dishes while eating in. The pesto tortellini was flavorful yet cold which was also disappointing. The Mac and cheese was warm but not very cheesy. The bread was cold and the cheese was hard. This was a very bad experience. To top it off, 2 of the boys began power-washing the floors all around the area where the food was being prepared. Definitely would not be back to this location in the future.

Unfortunately this location ran into an issue with a huge order, while I empathize with being overwhelmed, the way the staff handled the issue was really unfortunate. Instead of addressing the customers that there might be a long wait, they just rolled their eyes and said it’ll be a long time. Meanwhile the GM doesn’t even address the group at all. It took me asking 3 times if I could get a refund before they even started the process. I feel bad for the staff, they were working hard, but the situation was poorly handled while a group of about 10 of us sat there with no answers regarding the status of our order. The front of house manager was doing more work than the GM! Props to him.

Absolutely terrible experience. We waited for 35 minutes for our food—my son didn’t receive what he ordered after all of that. I remember the good old days when noodles would be served on an open bowl, hot. Apparently, those days are gone. Our food came out in plastic trays. So disappointed. I will never be back.

This place has gone steadily downhill, every year. My Penne Rosa today was completely dry, almost without sauce. There were big chunks of raw tomatoes in it. I’m so disappointed that I spent $15 for a lunch that’s barely edible.

My daughter loves this place. The food is fresh and the staff very polite. Pretty busy so they have trouble keeping tables clear at peak times. But they are quick with orders and service.

The food- great! The seats are torn and falling apart which didn't make eating in restaurant very comfortable, but food is fantastic for a chain restaurant.
Dietary restrictions: You can sub rice noodle for any dish or their gf pipettes
Waited 20 minutes for order only to be told they lost it. They need a better system. Had to leave without my food and money.

I've been coming here for years. The restaurant is always clean, employees always nice, and the food is always delicious. The only things I don't like are it's in a small strip mall with only 2 handicap spots in front and there are no automatic doors, but at least the doors are light.
