These for Rogers,Mn location...the sauce of the spaghetti meatball to poor in flavor ,it just a sauce open from a can unbelievable because it just to be really good sauce..what the serve now it's not Marinara sauce!!!

The food is always really good (amazing garlic bacon Mac) HOWEVER everytime I go in there is this female employee (tattooed arm sleeve) who is always so mean to the other employees and Ive learned that she isn't a manager either. I always see her chastising and yelling at other employees when they are doing their jobs perfectly fine. It has gotten to the point where my food is getting delayed cuz she's trying to dictate everything the other employees are doing.

Ordered the food inside and waited another 30 minutes before it was delivered to us. Noticed people who ordered with online app were waiting about the same amount of time. Definitely short-handed on employees or poorly planned scheduling. The simple salads should not take that long.
Twice now the food has been horrible. First order in a long time I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai. Got home and had no chicken and no sauce. Absolutely no sauce. Called and complained. They sent us two coupons for a free entree. My wife picked up food tonight. She got the Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine and it has so much oregano in it it's sickening. It could kill 5 Italians. She also got Mediterranean Chicken Salad. It barely had any dressing in the containers and barely any toppings at all. I will never get Noodles again.

I read some reviews before I went and was hesitant. My daughter was super excited to try this place and I told her she could pick.
The food was pretty good. My daughter loved her chicken alfrado and the pad Thai I ordered was alright. The service was decent but the employee definitely have the I don't want to be here vibe.
The main issue was the place was messy. I know its called Noodles and Company, but I didn't want to keep company with random noodles everywhere. We were able to find one spot that was clean to eat.
Its not the worst spot, but in area where you have quite a few options this one wouldn't be my first or second or even third pick.

Waited 25 mins inside the restaurant for 3 kids meals, potstickers and a small mac and cheese. All dishes were cold. Went to the front to ask for a box and stated our food was cold, not a single word or apology. Poor representation for this chain.
