I came here the other day and the employees were great but I saw a bunch of flies buzzing around and a worker actually was swatting at them with their hands so I dont know how sanitary that is. Maybe someone should put up a fly trap or fix whatever is causing them to come into the store.

There were 2 workers sitting in the corner just scrolling on their phones. They then built my sandwich after touching their phones and not washing their hands. Extremely disgusting dining room too; crumbs on every table. Will never come back here again, nor will my family of 8.

Poorly managed location — always understaffed, which seems to be why the employees are irritable. The drive-thru is never open anymore, only for online pickup orders. Just go to Jimmy John’s if you’re in Rogers.

HEALTH DEPARTMENT should be inspecting this place. The cross contamination is mind blowing. Do not place an online order. We waited over an hour as they do not make online orders unless there are no customers in line. I ordered double meat and didn't get it, given wrong bread, RAW bacon on 2 sandwiches, and then the sandwich maker swore at my daughter and the other employee mocked my daughter and berated her in front of other customers just because my daughter was concerned about the first hot sandwich they made for the order sitting for over an hour and being ice cold. The employee that swore at my daughter grabbed the sandwich and 4 cookies that were in the bag and slammed them into the garbage. The staff are beyond obnoxious and ridiculous. We deserve to get a full refund for how they behaved and treated us...not to mention the issues with all 3 sandwiches being quite concerning. I paid online and wasn't given a refund. I called later and asked for the managers phone number and the employee that mocked my daughter played a lot of games over the phone and finally said she no longer seems to have her managers phone number and she hung up on me. There is zero chance of patronizing this Subway in the future.

This was the only time I have ever gone to a restaurant or fast food place and had not only one, but all three employees behind the counter make fun of me, and my order. I’m a skinny guy, but the body and fat shaming I received from three adults because I asked for double meat and double cheese is unacceptable. By the way, one of the ladies making fun of me was heavier set. Disgusting. Will be reporting this facility.

Terrible service 6/26 at 430 pm. A woman was working with dark hair. I waited 10 minutes for her to answer a question I had on the menu while she served others and ignored me.

Always a disappointment. First time ordering online and sandwiches aren't toasted all the way, one sandwich was suppose to be footlong got a 6 inch. Took 15 mins to get a new sandwich made, only 3 people in front of me. 2 people working absolutely the slowest possible way a third that disappeared once the few people walked in. The other 2 sandwiches thrown together with carelessness, topping more in the wrapper then on the sandwiches. Not toasted. Bacon still cold. Meat cold. Horrible horrible. Will be going the extra few miles to maple grove from now on. Huge disappointment all around
