the worker got blood on the bag and said nothing. his finger was very much cut open, no bandaid or anything, handling food
edit: the manager was amazing in helping the issue. she was kind to remake the sandwich and was very apologetic

This week I did a mobile order and literally half my toppings were not on my wrap. Secondly we are in the drive thru right now (Saturday March 15th 11:30am) and staff member is very rude. We entered our order at the kiosk and pulled ahead to the window. Older lady opened the window and immediately had attitude and was like “uhm this order is going to take a long time we have to do every dipped individually.” We had ordered 5 dippers for the kids. She was trying to imply that we cancel our dippers she didn’t want to do it. Major attitude problem and very poor professionalism. She needs education, doesn’t smile and wasn’t happy to be there. Disappointed won’t be back for business at this location.

Great food, great deal, ordered online.Got a footlong beast after 5pm for only $7. But for God's sakes, what's the point of having a special instructions section if you're gonna completely ignore it. I wanted my onions and peppers toasted with the sub, didn't happen. I wanted half of the sub to have no sauce on it so I can bring to work the next day and it's not a soggy mess, didn't happen. That's why I hate having some faith and pre-tipping in the hopes they actually pay attention to my toppings and instructions. Do better.

When we asked them to not add too much sauce on the sandwich, they added a lot of sauce Drive-through they have done this multiple times. Don't recommend coming here go to Jimmy Johns

That bathroom was one of the most vile places i have ever seen. The floor, the walls, the toilet, and the sink, were all covered with grossness. No toilet paper was restocked. The paper towel roll sat ontop of the dispenser, youre lucky i was tall enough to reach it, so i could dry my hands! The trash can was full to the brim. That bathroom was comparable to a prison bathroom, it may have been worse. This bathroom reflects the utter laziness of the staff. I will never again feel comfortable using the bathroom at this establishment. Do better subway. On the other hand my sandwich was fire, i dont know what magic they put into it to make it taste like that, but it was so yummy!

Ordered a BLT and an American club. Both orders were messed up badly. Bacon pickles and cheese is apparently a BLT. American club didn't have anything correct either. I'd say just let this franchise die. Over priced anyway.

I have waited for 45 minutes just for one Pretzel and there was no customer service greeting or anything, it’s the worst Subway I have ever been but lesson learned and I will never ever go there again.

The worst workers I’ve ever seen. There was four people working, took them 10 minutes to help me no one else was in line. Vet just standing around. Threw my sandwich together, literally threw the toppings on my sandwich. Sounded super annoyed by anything I said. Very unprofessional people working there

Easily the worst place to go in Roger’s. Don’t think they have a competent manger running the place. Always dirty. Drive thru is trash, never works, they never answer the window. Employees always seem clueless. Gave them another chance but will not be coming back. Seen two other cars pull out without getting their orders as well.
