I was in line for the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Unable to move forward or back because of other vehicles in line. I have never experienced being in a drove thru so long for any reason ever. This was terrible

Yikes. This location is inaccessible in the winter unless you have a lifted vehicle with 4WD and brand new tires. Even people driving those get stuck in the drive thru because they don’t plow or salt here at all for some reason. All the rest of us are excluded. It’s unfortunate because the staff here is actually so awesome, top-tier and was my favorite until the stressful parking lot experience today.

Why did I get a Baja blast? Delivered to my house that literally the cup is half full, like they probably could've put more at the top. No, it's half full, no exaggeration. Also anytime you go there you wanna pay for a chili cheese, burrito, guess what, you're getting a Tortilla, you're paying 5 plus dollars for a Tortilla, there's never anything inside of them.

Zero consistency, somehow every item is made incorrectly, $5 burritos are always the same size as a value menu item. Your drink will always be missing from your order if you order online and the employees will just ignore you while you wait to ask for a cup, some employees will even talk crap to you. I recently had to start ordering under a fake name because my food was always being made terribly and somehow getting smashed, changed my name and my food is better, I don't think it's a coincidence. At least somebody finally cleaned the dried up pop on the front door after it had been there for nearly a year

Skip this Taco Bell. Service is terribly slow. Always a bunch of high school kids that seem to not want to be there or are goofing off in the back, cursing and more.

First of all this review is about 10 years overdue, second of all I am appalled to see 1 star reviews for this establishment and I won't tolerate this libel and slander any longer. In the decade I've dined here they have never done me wrong. This place is undefeated in terms of reliability and hiring managers across the world need to study this place because every staff member they've hired across their entire history have been the nicest and most down to earth people ever. I could write a Harry Potter length book on how great this place and its people have been to me as a customer. I can only hope my future children will be half as nice as the people here have been to me over the years.

Call before placing an online order to make sure they’re actually open. I ordered online at 11:15 and went to pick it up at 11:30, only to find the doors locked. The sign on the door said they open at 11am due to staffing issues, but when I tried the drive‑thru, the employee told me they don’t open until 12:30!! So I ask them why accept online orders, mark them “complete,” and take my payment? She said they have no control over it. Really?
When I asked for a refund, I was told to request it through the confirmation email. That didn’t work. Then I called the store, and they told me I had to Google “mytacobell” to get my money back. Needless to say, I didn’t eat today and Honestly, it feels like I got robbed for my lunch money. Do better Taco Bell.

This taco bell location just decides when to be open regardless off their posted hours or availability in the app. If you place a mobile order you might as well call ahead to make sure people are there and working before making the drive.
