The customer service was great but everytime I order chalupas from here they are rock solid and not edible and the hard taco shells are crushed. Very disappointing 👎🏻

Guy taking orders at the window doesn't seem like he likes his job very much. Didn't offer me my receipt, forgot my pop, and didn't give me any napkins. And food that was supposedly "made fresh" was cold.

I had not been to a TB in years and decided to stop in being as I had some time to kill. What a mistake. Another business that has shifted to Kiosks to place your order. Once I got thru my order, I chose the 'pay in cash' option and then proceeded to wait. and wait. and wait. After maybe 15 minutes and seeing 3 other groups get their order before mine, I was peering at the order screen when one of the staff came up to ask if I needed anything. Asked him about my order and once I mentioned the cash option - he said you needed to pay before they started making it. The screen never told me this nor did any employee bother to ask why I was waiting around by the counter the whole time. The food all looked as it tasted. Sad and meh. The store wasn't all that clean and 3 of the guys working were probably high. With other FF options nearby, this one will be a hard pass in the future.

As I was Door dashing I went to pick up an order, I had to wait 10 minutes for it. When I was inside I was watching the employees make the food. 4 young men were preparing the food and one went up to the another and said take a bite out of this to which the other did. The first guy was about to wrap it up and put it in my bag for my customer then looked over at me and noticed me watching. He then threw it away and started a new one. If I didn't see that, my customer would have got it and most likely would have assumed it was me. Can't believe someone would do this.
