Ordered from the drive thrifty and was given my bags and assured it was all correct. Got home (Buffalo) and came to find out I was missing an entire meal!!! Why is it so hard to double check before you hand your customers their order!!!

The manager was very fussy about my situation. I told her I was at unable to come inside because of my injuries she still refused to address my concerns. Unprofessional building! The situation began with staff charging both of my cards. They refused to give me a receipt and the employee that took my cards kept one of them for an extended period of time. Disappearing in the back only to come back, NO CARD. I come back to speak with the manager, she is worst than the workers. I will be back at that building at 5pm today. I will get my money back.

Decided on drive-thru, the person in front of us took forever but I was ok with it. Got to order, super fast I always know what I want. Lol got to window to pay and they gave me a jr frosty because I was under 30 sec to order. Haha. Pays to know what you want.

The cashier was cool. I got a bacon burger i didnt want or ask for cause i dont wat pork. I was over charged. I gave them a coupon for 1.99 kids meal and i got a double stack biggie bag. That was $17 even with the coupon. Im pissed. I wasnt guven a reciept but i think they now do this on purpose. The phone number they gave on here doesn't ring. There is no customer service number. WENDY'S IS JUST OUT HERE FLAT OUT STEALING from customers!

Ordered from Uber Eats yesterday. Attention to detail was terrible. No straws or spoons. Chicken sandwich was good. Bacon double was smashed and not easy to eat. When someone is spending $60 to have 2 combos and 2 frosty’s delivered more is expected at the restaurant to set the driver up to succeed and the customer happy.
