It's a very nice Wendy's with a great manager and staff. The team put together quite the snack for me and my son.
It's very affordable and they have one of those futuristic drink machines which are always fun.
Updade: another fantastic experience today! The staff got our complicated order perfect! And fast too!

I just went to the Wendy's in Rogers, and it was the worst Wendy's I've ever eaten. I usually like Wendy's but i feel like I got robbed going here and spending 25$ for food. The fries were really old and obviously fried multiple times, they were rock hard. The sandwhich I got was similar, the ghost pepper spicy chicken sandwhich was hard and had obviously been sitting there for hours. Very disappointed with this Wendy's location. Would not recommend to anyone.
Very Poor Service and problem resolution. Stopped in breakfast and ordered potatoes as part of the combo. The fryer was not working so they could not make the potatoes. Ok. Not the end of the world. Just refund me for the potatoes. Refused to refund me and when I asked for a replacement item instead was told no because it was more than the potatoes. Not only were they rude about it but they had no plan to fix it and no desire to fix it.

Horrible I asked for no ketchup specifically and burger came with just ketchup. Ordered again to get it fixed.... Still incorrect and yelled at for checking to see if it was correct... person ahead of me in line also got order completely wrong. Phone number doesn't work. Obviously the employees don't care about customer service will not be returning. I urge everyone to avoid this Wendy's and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Wendy's App sucks!!! Ordered drive thou got there told I had to park and go in. And to top it all off they got my order wrong. Love Windys but having to drive to next nearest store is going to cut down on the times I eat at Wendy's.

I watched the night shift manager in drive through at the register Thursday night at 10 ish pm dig in his ass and he had to pull his pants up after and then proceeded to hand me a drink and not wash his hands. This is a huge food safety violation.
