They couldn’t understand me so I had to pay an extra 9$ for drinks and they wouldn’t even help me get my money back. They also don’t wear gloves, touching screens then putting hands on my food

I went to this wingstop on my break. i only had 30 minutes to get my food and eat before having to clock back in. i placed my order before even leaving my place of work. when i got there it wasn’t ready and i was slightly annoyed. i figured after about 5 minutes it would be ready. instead, a customer came in and caused a whole scene because the employee would not hand him his order. she was working by herself with a new employee that she was training, and she had about 7 orders to make. after the whole situation she still got me my food and even offered a brownie for the delay. she was incredibly kind and funny even after what that customer did. i wish i got her name but she was incredible and she deserves a raise.

WingStop of Roger’s, MN is an absolute disaster.

I door dashed on September 18th, 2025 (#2045702800) for wings, corn, fries, etc.

They gave my door dasher only the corn, so we waited an hour just for corn to show up on our $90 order. They said via the phone, they would reimburse us and send a refund.

I have called a total of 7 times, spoke with the store manager and she said that only the Regional Manager can send a refund.

They told me time and time again they would send the refund, and I never received anything.

Management here needs to figure it out, terrible customer service.

Shame on the store manager and regional manager for not caring about resolving issues for their customers.
