I went to this wingstop on my break. i only had 30 minutes to get my food and eat before having to clock back in. i placed my order before even leaving my place of work. when i got there it wasn’t ready and i was slightly annoyed. i figured after about 5 minutes it would be ready. instead, a customer came in and caused a whole scene because the employee would not hand him his order. she was working by herself with a new employee that she was training, and she had about 7 orders...

I believe the guy who served me was Bob. We stopped in for lunch, he was very accommodating. Honestly I feel customer service is dealing at alot of places, here i feel the exact opposite. I appreciate the hospitality

I ordered online on a Thursday evening and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready. It was very hectic. A line of people waiting for their order and a rude customer yelling at the workers. The employee (Kid) running around trying to bag orders. I don’t blame the workers I blame corporate. They need to do better. Hire more people or close the restaurant.
