“My girlfriend and I were super hungry and we decided to go to KFC in Winona for the first time.Ive previously had a bad experience at a different KFC so I was a bit hesitant on going, however she convinced me to go. When I got there neither one of us knew what we wanted. However an employee named James (African American guy) went above and beyond to help us. He told us about your guys current deals, and how we could save some extra money by using the deals. Now the moment my girlfriend paid, the food was ready. This really was a great experience for the both of us, and hopefully the next time we come in James woukd be in a management or leadership position. We left well satisfied“
