Walked in to eat because of a friends referral. Was not real busy in the evening we were there and sat fown at a table. We patiently waited for 10 minutes without one employee even acknowledging us. Watched a family of five sit down at a table and were immediately taken care of. That was it for me we immediately walked out. Will NOT be back! ZERO STARS.

The Hawk Tasty Tavern is a hidden gem!
The food was absolutely amazing — every bite packed with flavor and care. I honestly haven’t had food this good anywhere else in the USA. The people were just as incredible — warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in both the service and the food. Can’t wait to go back!

Whenever I go to the Hawk I get the same Bison Burger. The staff is very nice and friendly. This is my favorite restaurant and I am so sad it is 3 hours away from my house. When I am near the area I always know I need to go to the hawk. Their prices are really good for the amazing quality food you get. I also want to try camping at their campground and hosting a party their “The Nest”(a huge party building). I highly recommend going to eat at The Hawk!!!
Parking: They have lots of parking spots for vehicles.
Kid-friendliness: It has multiple kid options at low prices that are really good.
Wheelchair accessibility: It has ramps to get into the restaurant.

Food is way over priced for what you end up receiving. Menu is also inaccurate not reflecting what's described in the components of a dish with what you end up getting. Ending taste was mediocre totally not worth the price that's being asked for
