Food has gonna so down hill. The quality of the food no longer reflects the price its set at. Used to eat there every weekend so itt so disappointing. People complained it took 20 mins for a burger well it's suposed to its a sit down restaurant. If you want fast then get fast food.
It may be a great sit down restaurant but the food has gone to basically the quality of fast food places and no longer stands out as a great dinning experience. Especially when they serve the same dishes as every other food place we have.

I took my family to dinner at The Brick House mothers day 2024. I bit into the cheese burger I ordered and there was bone or something in the meat that caused my molar to split in half. I had to have the molar removed. That was literally the most expensive dinner I have ever had. I haven't been back since and will most likely never return.

Good place. The venue is super well decorated and fashionable. I guess that their fries were one of the bests in town.

But I’m still impressed by the fact that Brickhouse was either understaffed, or poorly trained. They hid themselves close to the kitchen, and sneaked fast enough from one side to another. We cleaned the table ourselves because they don’t clean the tables after someone left, and we needed a big table. We grabbed the menus ourselves because they left the menus behind, they took so long to grab our order too. We were seated at about 2pm. We were wanting refills, but they were not coming through at all. Got the food about 1:30h later. No check ins if we were alive, an estimate on how long the order would take, or if we wanted anything else instead. Both the appetizers and the main dishes came extremely late. We only left at around 4:05pm, and most of this was just waiting, and probably 25min eating.

Aggravating: Standing up to grab refills, because we were trying to spot the waiter for over 10min.

The burger bread was fine, but the patties were pretty dry. Fries were delicious, tho.. You know what came fast? The check. I was willing to try a dessert. But it wasn’t offered, and the feeling was “get out of here”.

Most of the food is overpriced, basically all the appetizers, but the entrees are pretty spot on. Service is abysmal, but the food is pretty decent; not much else in Roseau obviously.

Food- my coworker and I both got the Mac and cheese which was highly recommended by our server. I got the m&c with chicken and bacon and he got just the regular Mac. When we got our food it looked great. After taking the first bite the mac and cheese was cold. I proceeded to have a couple more bites and the rest was just as bad. The hottest thing on the plate was the bread stick.

Server:
The server than came over and asked how it was I said the flavor was great but the temp was cold. She then stated that if I sent it back it could have gone in the microwave. Mac and cheese should be hot from the pan it was cooked in and not from a microwave. The server was great but the food not so much.

Atmosphere:
The atmosphere is cool with the exposed brick and high ceilings. It wasn't too loud in the bar area so that was a plus.

Overall the service and atmosphere was good but the food was awfully. If you are getting the Mac and cheese with chicken please make sure it is to temp before eating.

My family and I came in tonight for NYE supper. We called at 3 today and made reservations for 630, when we arrived we stood in the lobby for an hour and a half before we got waited on. When we finally did the waiter threw the menus and silverware on the table and walked away. After sitting at the table for 20 mins we finally had our drink order taken. After waiting for drinks they were out of orange juice so I could not get my sex on the beach and then we never got our 3rd Dr. Pepper we ordered so i asked if we could get our pop. After still not receiving 20 mins later they came and took our order. After waiting over 2 hours and everyone who got seated after us ordered the waitress tells us they are out of prime rib and ribs which we had drove 30 mins for. So after getting told we could get ends of prime rib as that's all they had 2 of us ordered that and the other 4 at our table settled for walleye, Alfredo, and crab. After placing our order disappointed after waiting this time 30 mins later the waitress comes back and says they are all out of baked potatoes as well. When receiving my well done prime rib it was bloody and I couldn't eat it as I don't like my steak like that. I told the waitress I couldn't eat it like that and I guess I would have to bring it home and cook it and she said okay sounds good and walked away. Our meal was nothing any of us wanted but we were starving so we had to settle with little to no options. The waitress was rude and did not attend to our table as she should have. By the time we were seating the dining room only had 5 tables besides ours so it was not packed by the time we got seated. I'm not one to complain but I'm so disappointed and starving as I have to wait until I get home to cook my food at 10 at night.

Good atmosphere, service was ok. Only saw the waitress maybe 2-3 times. Took about an hour to get out food and they only had a few tables already seated. Didn't come back to check on us after we got the food. Ordered the prime rib and was horrible, veggies are dry and no flavor. Chicken wild rice soup was amazing definitely recommend the soup!
