I placed an order for a whopper with cheese, mayo and ketchup only. I did not receive the mayo but i was charged 15 cents for mayo. Why? Mayo comes on the whopper already, but don't get it and then charged extra for it. I didn't know I was charged extra until I got home and sandwich was gone as I was on the road traveling

Soooo slow! And the workers are just standing around. Definitely avoid this place. Get something at the gas station or run in the grocery store real quick. Trust me it will be so much faster!

We visited this location a few weeks ago. The staff ignored us when we walked to the counter so we ordered at the kiosk. We placed our order and watched in horror as an employee with an injured arm swated flies with an electric fly swater in the food prep area. Another employee told her to stop and get back to work but she came back with inappropriate language. We waited for more than 20 minutes for our order. The only reason we waited was because we had been on the road all day and there is not a lot of places for I quick bite in town. Good luck.

How are you going to have only one staff member at the store by themselves on a Sunday morning when they can't even open. This is ridiculous and frustrating. Can we have one DECENT restaurant in Roseau Minnesota

I had a free fry coming, they put it in my bag, but I had made a mistake on my app when ordering so I had to redo it. I believe you can only have one free fry per day so it wouldn't give me the free fry the second time so the manager said I'll have to pull that out of your bag even though she knew I was eligible for that free fry. I want to make it clear who that manager was, I was there on July 29th approximately 1:30 p.m.. She took that fry and I believe through it in the garbage, if not did it go back in with the regular french fries? That's a health concern. What kind of a manger is that? Who ever owns this restaurant better wake up and get decent people. If I had been the manager I would have said, don't worry about it we appreciate your business, have a nice day. What a dump this place is.
