I've heard some ppl complain about certain things from this bk but so far with my experiences here, I can't agree with them. I'm always able to enjoy my meals, take in the atmosphere and can stop in at the cenix and grab some things if needed. I'd definitely recommend this bk if that's what you're craving. My favorite is the original chicken sandwich with cheese.

Good was what you would expect from BK but the person bagging the food I’m not sure if he was high or what but it was very hard not to say something the guy making the burgers stepped in and get me on my way

I can never get my orders right there is always something missing, suggest you wait at the window for your food and double check. I received my mobile order today #64 order 2 whoppers with cheese and got no cheese ordered 2 chicken sandwiches one with cheese and the other with mayo and pickles again nothing. Don’t waste your money here.

Wow. Just wow. I've never seen anything like this place. Not sure how BK still allows this place to operate under their brand.

Just moved here and last night was my first experience with this location. Surely, the other reviewers are just overly sensitive and exaggerating, right? Right?!

We ordered via the app and arrived in the drive through about 10 minutes later. There were 9 cars in line at this point (4 in line by the window and another 5 waiting to order). People are pulling up to the speaker and driving off. Strange. When I pulled up, I was told they are swamped and not taking any more orders. I explained that I already ordered and paid via the app. The guy told me to wait 5 to 10 minutes. So I sat there. 10+ minutes later he came back on the speaker, I told him my name and order number, and he said, "Sorry, we don't have that order." Again, I explained that I already paid, so he told me to come inside and he'll figure it out.

My son and I head inside and there are 4 more people at the counter. 1 woman was from one of the cars in the drive through who had apparently received the wrong order and was just trying to get her (correct) food. I think she probably had at least 3 different bags handed to her before either she got what she paid for or gave up... Not sure which. They asked one guy for his receipt and he explained that he used the kiosk to order and didn't have one. The guy working there (based on the way he was bossing around the other employees, I'm assuming he was shift lead or manager?) basically blamed the customer for not getting his food because he used the kiosk. He then took the time to print "Out of Order" signs and taped them on the kiosk screens. In the meanwhile, he's yelling at his fellow employees, they're also yelling and cursing, everyone seems to be having a bad night.

More people are coming in from the drive through with wrong orders. The manager guy then comes to the front to yell that he's not taking any more orders, but everyone there had already ordered and were just waiting to get their order or get their order corrected. He then disappeared and one of the ladies working there started asking people what they ordered. One by one, they told her, she would say, "OK, I remember that order, " go grab a bag, hand it over, and move on to the next person.

She got to us, I showed her my app receipt, and same thing, "I remember that order," grabbed a bag, and gave it to us. She told us to hang on one moment and gave us fresh fries. She stayed calm, got things done, and was friendly. Dude in the back spent all his time freaking out, yelling, printing signs, and literally running around in circles and I don't think a single order went out until he vanished.

Overall, it took over an hour for us to get 2 meals. There were at least 5 people working and were over run by less than a dozen orders total in an hour. Our food was barely warm and was missing dipping sauce, but it was what we ordered, at least. I would say I'll wait a couple months to try this location again and hopefully they'll get things straightened out, but based on the history of reviews it seems slow/poor service are a chronic issue at this location.

They are so inperonable they live in Covid era times where no human contact is considered standard operating procedures, force you to order by touch screen and pray they get it right. Plus their lobby closes at 9pm

the people who work here are super incompetent, not only did it take 10 minutes just for her to understand what we were asking, our food was incorrect we didn’t get the sauce, didn’t even get our drinks. we go inside for them, then had to go in because the soda had no flavor. i understand a lunch rush but it’s 11:30 and with that many staff in there you would think at least one person would know what their doing. points for a half decent burger and semi-nice staff

Food is usually spot on just the whole pulling forward in line so someone can walk the food out seems silly. Also, there are times when it takes a very long time to even get to place an order.
