You were easy (& so friendly!) to communicate with leading up to and after our meal. Thank you for setting up the food at our hotel so when the team walked in from their game - everything down to the napkins was waiting for them.

We ordered catering for 40 teenaged boys (a high school hockey team). Kate was very responsive & the food was sooo good! It was delivered hot & fresh to the hotel, so much easier than trying to leave the hotel and find food for all of these kiddos. Plus we had leftovers for lunch the next day! We would definitely recommend to anyone that needs to feed a crowd in Roseau.

I deliver to Polaris there maybe 15-20 times a month. I keep seeing their bbq signs but it’s always got a “closed this week” sign.

I stopped by to get some of Kate's Pulled pork. Great as always. Kate has been doing some tinkering and came up with a Brown suger glazed bacon that she put on a stick. I hope Kate does come out with that one because it would be a big hit. Ask her about it. You won't be disappointed.
