Sat in the drive threw for 20 mins not one person answered the intercom so i figured they were busy so i got sick of waiting so i went in of course 2 people working only one costumer in there and takes 2 people to make one sandwich and than finally they asked what I wanted I said um I’ve been sitting at the intercom and u guys dint answer hmm never will I come to place again this is not the first time this has happened either

The lady was beyond amazing but her coworker was taking his time while she was doing most of the work and I had to ask him to change his gloves after handling money before finishing my sandwich

Been here a couple times, it always either takes awhile for them to take your order on the drive through or they just never answer on the speaker. This time I waited about 10/15 min before driving off and there were no customers inside. Not sure if something is wrong with the drive through system but it’s kind of annoying.

Went there around 8:40ish pm for dinner. When I found that the lobby was already closed I checked the hours online and it said it was open till 10 so I ordered off the app, a few minutes after my order went through I could see that the workers had grabbed my order and I assumed that they were preparing it. 10 or so minutes later, I see the workers inside throw away my receipt, shut off the lights, and then cancel my order. 2 hours before they are supposed to be closed they cancelled my order. No explanation, no signs saying they were closing early or had changed hours of service, not even a phone call on my order to explain that they had to close early, NOTHING. Terrible business practices, and terrible service.

Our subs we ordered had the bread switched on both of the subs. I ordered my sandwich without green peppers and got them on it anyway.

I tried to go to subway in Roseau MN and the website said they are open till 10 pm I got there at 8 pm and the doors were locked already. There was a worker inside the building on the phone. I called and told them that the website said they were opened til 10 pm and he said I know but we are closed and hung up. If they are not gonna stay open like the website says they are then they need to change the time of open to close. This isn’t the first time in the subway in this town it has happened it’s like an everyday thing here in Roseau at subway.
