Kid-friendliness: Staff is nice, customers like cussing workers out for the smallest inconvenience rather than working toward a calm and simple solution by being a nice person, great example for children, hearing an angry white man call black staff members the N-word like it's the 1860's. Tired of people's bullshit ngl.

Worst ever! Got order wrong, tried to substitute tap water for bottled water,that I paid for, put sauce on my sandwich that I asked not to be there, and didn’t give me the cheese that was supposed to be on sandwich. Then argued that my order was wrong. Will NEVER order again, no wonder Arby’s is going extinct!

Haven't had a Classic Roast Beef in over a year and was extremely disappointed in the one I had from here! The meat was different...like chopped up like mush and u der cooked. Yuck! Glad to see Potatoe cakes r back. That would be my only item I'd order if I return?

The food was good but customer service was really bad. The cashier was rude and got the orders wrong. Fortunately, her coworker was very helpful and made our visit a little better.
