Came here around 9pm expecting to dine in for 20 minutes or so(knowing they close at 11pm) but the dining room was already pretty dim and empty :( I didn't want to risk being booted out or anything so I just took my order to go.

Really sad I asked for bbq sauce and Arby’s sauce and I got neither. Should’ve checked before I left. I figured they remembered because the lady at the window repeated the order back to me.

I have fallen for the misguiding of fast food chains again. I saw the commercial of arby's cheese steak sandwich. if you've seen it, you see the actual steak preventing the bun to actually close. I received a bun fully closed full of mush that passed as steak and must've been served by a spoon. Arby's please stick to roast beef, your endeavor to expand your menu fails to meet your customers desires. I won't even be a future roast beef customer . another $13.60 gone. I was taken with a smile. I wish I had taken a photo as proof.

Well there was a handsome gentlemen named Melo he was so attentive and he listened while distributing others orders. The rest of the staff was having a blast too. It's definitely a family atmosphere vibe in here.

This is one of the best fast food experiences I've ever had! The food was delicious but even more importantly, the employees were super friendly and helpful! One of them even came to the table to ask if everything was okay and if they could get us anything else. I have never had anyone do that at a fast food place and it was really nice. We will definitely be back!

Chicken bacon Swiss sandwich , chicken was so small the bun fully encased it. Lady at the counter might own Arby's as she tried to argue with me , when I quipped I wanted it OG style without the lettuce. 20 years ago it didn't come with it, but apparently she took offense and tried to tell me it has always had lettuce. Ok I was making a small joke about adding filler to the sandwich not trying to debate about it. Maybe my local Arby's growing up made their's wrong who knows but wasn't worth arguing. The place was clean. But the size of the chicken in that sandwich is why I chose Arby's less and less , it was tasty as always , I'll probably get one in another year.
