They are very friendly staff. They let me take a photo of them working, but I had to do it. They were so nice and kind to me that they deserved more than a compliment. Good food and drinks, clean place, good customer service , what more can I ask for ? You don't find this in any Auntie Anne"s. Good job, girls!!

Ive been coming here for 3 years always had great service except when the young assistant manager works she's very very very rude horrible customer service I came on 6/5 and this is what I was served ive never had burnt pretzels she didn't want to give me fresh ones I asked when will her manager be available she refused to give me that I asked her what is the corporate number she told me to look it up & hung up on me I paid $17 for 2 burnt hard pretzels

very rude ! doesn’t put enough cinnamon and sugar and refuses to put more , “i don’t know how to do that” after we asked them to add sugar and cinnamon

Fast, friendly, and delicious!

Waited for 15 mins and there was only 1 person in front of me got a pretzel and it was as hard as a rock.

four employees all taking their break at the same time. and just telling people they aren't open despite the time saying there was still and hour and a half until closing

The pretzels were alright and the service was fine but they only had individual packets of yellow mustard, not cups like the other sauces. This caused me to make quite the mess attempting to eat my pretzels. Not a fan.

They were out of cheese, but I'll always come back for the cinnamon sugar pretzel ?.

Actually the worst pretzels I’ve ever had and a terrible customer experience. Pretzel bites and cheese cost over $9, that’s the same price as a chipotle burrito. Bites were tough and hard to chew, tasted old, seemed like they were just frozen and heated up, and worst of all were burnt on the bottom. I’m not surprised as the crew of young folks working there seemed like they couldn’t care less about their job. The cashier didn’t look at me the entire time, didn’t say thank you, and when I said thanks she didn’t acknowledge and actually just kept chatting with her coworkers. Also the cup I got the pretzels in was super greasy on the outside. What a terrible place and experience.

I honestly think this auntie Anne's has got to have the worst customer service I have ever seen.Went to ask for bucket to share with family. Said they can't do it cause they would have to cook it fresh... (Oooookay.... Whatever) so we settled on the cups of pretzels. First of all the young man working looked like he hated every second of being there. The other girl was on her phone in front of customers. They were super behind and the one girl was clearly not helping. I finished my order with a "frozen blue raspberry mixer" as he's making it he doesn't put in the blended lemonade so I ask... Is that the frozen one? And this mf had the audacity to tell me "You didn't say frozen." I was like yes I did and he's like no you didn't.. talking back to me like I'm his gd mother or sibling. At that point I was like "okay" cause I'm not gonna argue with some high school kid with a bad attitude. The register asked me if I wanted to tip.. yeah right.

The cinnamon sugar bites were tough and over cooked. When I asked for a fresher cup I was told "They just ca.e out. Those will be fine."Terrible customer service. Won't be back.

Bad and ridiculous services… Is not possible that they can not change any order, I had to take the wrong stuff and just throw, and they take my money. Never recommended!
