Baldmar is top-notch. It's certainly at the upper bounds of cost, so be aware. My spouse and I enjoyed a nice lunch. The prime rib sandwich is great, and we've enjoyed the Brussel sprouts in the past.

In from out of town and staying about 5 minutes away, I found this place on Google maps. I wanted something higher end...and boy did I find it!! Server named Tamara was fantastic from beginning to end. Food, drinks and atmosphere were 100% on point. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Our server Andy was absolutely the best!!! If it wasn't for him, I doubt I'd ever go back. My sandwich was terrible!!!!! Long story short, the manager came over and refunded the cost and complimented a delicious dessert for us! It did make up for everything. Thank you ANDY!!!!

AMAZING! The ribeye was melt in your mouth delicious. Our server, Madison, was super nice, really cool, and very helpful. this place is spendy, not gonna lie, but you get what you pay for. Best steak in the state. This should be your new fancy steak house. its mine.

Prices do not match quality of food. Service is good. When we were charged 50 cents for a large ice cube for our Scotch, we knew this restaurant is either on the make, desperate to make a half a buck, or trying to be funny (?). Too many restaurants with great food and service in the area. We will not be returning.

This is extremely high-end food. Some if the venue items were the best I have ever had. My hats off to the chef.. Very impressive.
This is my go to special occasion restaurant! We've celebrated multiple anniversaries and birthdays there, and the staff always treat us well. My favorites are the filet mignon, the street corn, and the 50 shades of chocolate cake! I was eating the Beef Wellington at Gordan Ramsey's Hells Kitchen in Las Vegas and all I could think of was "I wish this was a Baldamar steak". Their Sunday brunch is also a must try. It's on the spendy side, but for a special occasion it's among the best breakfast buffets out there.
