My favorite - muddsucker waffle and evening in Missoula hot tea. Lots of options which makes it possible for anyone to like. Good place to take your love one, friends, family or work colleagues.

The negative reviews are justified. Two of the three baristas were fine, but the third was openly rude after I pointed out my miel was just honey. When I calmly asked for a refund, she became even more hostile and insisted they don’t do refunds. I was ready to leave the drink and dispute the charge, but she eventually refunded me, again with even more attitude.

A little round kiosk in the food court area of the Rosedale Mall serving waffles and coffee? Count me in. I ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake Waffle, and it was bliss, paired with a large iced chai latte. Also ordered the hashbrown waffle to share with a friend. That was a little dense and soggy. I think waffling hashbrowns was the reason. Watch for the food and drinks because they leave them at the bar, and you have to grab them.

I understand it sucks to work but please at least take the order I don't know how many times more you can clean the waffle machine.
And then to directly serve someone else after because they work in the mall and then go right back to telling other customers you are closed???

They try to pass iced coffee off as cold brew. Why scam customers like this?

Waffle was not good and it was cold. Service she seemed mad and not happy we were ordering from her.

Got a mocha and loaded potato waffle. The mocha was great. However, the loaded potato waffle was extremely salty. I could not finish it. My boyfriend ordered the strawberry mint matcha drink, but there wasn’t even a hint of strawberry and the matcha was grainy. Also, the workers were giving me a weird look which I did not appreciate at all.

My wife had been at the Dr and wanted something special for lunch. She wanted two vegan waffles (she is dairy allergic). I ordered them to go they were doughy, $19 is a lot to spend on two doughy waffles.

The people at the counter just look at you and wait for you to oder no hello or anything me and my daughter order the same thing the potato waffle they had to remake mine so I tasted hers while I was waiting and I didn't like it and I told them I wasn't going to like it before it was finished she said ok didn't offer a refund or anything and when she brought it to me just placed it on the table. Roseville location needs more customer service training

Terrible customer service & the food was nasty ?

Spur of the moment waffles!Went with some friends to 'fine dine' and have a good time.The Naughty Waffle hit the spot with the fresh fruits, and my friends were all over their Fat Andrew & Apple Streudel.The seating was chill, and the court atmosphere made it all the better.

I had this restaurant on my list and wanted to check it out.I had gone with a friend and we both got a different waffle. Honestly, I was disappointed. I was really looking forward to eating a flavor bomb in my mouth but I felt very let down.It wasn't like it was the worst food I have had, but I also know I wanted more out of my experience.I didn't try the coffee but I think I would at least maybe want to try that next time.
