The people at the counter just look at you and wait for you to oder no hello or anything me and my daughter order the same thing the potato waffle they had to remake mine so I tasted hers while I was waiting and I didn't like it and I told them I wasn't going to like it before it was finished she said ok didn't offer a refund or anything and when she brought it to me just placed it on the table. Roseville location needs more customer service training

Spur of the moment waffles!Went with some friends to 'fine dine' and have a good time.The Naughty Waffle hit the spot with the fresh fruits, and my friends were all over their Fat Andrew & Apple Streudel.The seating was chill, and the court atmosphere made it all the better.

I had this restaurant on my list and wanted to check it out.I had gone with a friend and we both got a different waffle. Honestly, I was disappointed. I was really looking forward to eating a flavor bomb in my mouth but I felt very let down.It wasn't like it was the worst food I have had, but I also know I wanted more out of my experience.I didn't try the coffee but I think I would at least maybe want to try that next time.

Great little place to start the morning at Rosedale Center. The barista/chef was happy and friendly. Waffle came out fast and it was delicious. Cold brew was solid. Nice consistency across all locations and good to see it didn’t dip at the mall.

I had the potato waffle dish and it wasn’t good.The potatoes tasted stale in texture, not flavor.Perhaps they were just cooked too little or long, but they were rubbery and not ideal.A friend has the naughty waffle which I tried and tasted good, but not the potato loaded waffle.

My family came here and met up to visit and catch up over some waffles, they do have gf waffle mix and the hashbrown waffle is gf as well which is awesome. They said they make the gf ones and the hashbrown ones in gf waffle irons. The hashbrown waffle was pretty good but we felt it needed a little something extra, I had spicy pepper powder with me which I mixed in with the sour cream which was nice and then we put the syrup on which was another good call, it wasn't bad but it was just ok. I feel like with a couple tweaks and flavor changes they could really make it shine. They also got one of the waffle orders wrong, which is fine but disappointing for the folks who ordered it as it was the last waffle they could wait for. My 10 year old nephew absolutely loved everything he ate, and I didn't have the gf waffle they ordered (I had the hashbrown one) but my husband said it was on the dry side. Not sure we'd go back unless my nephew wanted to and we had the time to meet up.
There was a worker who was a young white girl who was mean, rude, & disrespectful to me. On Monday of October 2nd, while I was waiting for my order to be taken, she was instead talking to her friend for a long 10 minutes straight. All she did was hug her & chat with her without turning around to see who’s ready for order. There was a line forming behind me too. Until finally, I walked up to her & said I was ready to order, but all she did was glared at me & didn’t apologized… but her friend did? She finally rung up my order, & I didn’t tip her! When she was done with my plate, she throws the plate on the table across me & just says, “Here you go!” and still didn’t even apologized to me! With the next customer, she was so much nicer & respectful to her! What? While I was eating my food, I noticed that she was working extra fast because of the line that was building up. Had she not talked to her friend while on the job, she would have no line. She was rude, mean, & disrespectful to me. Horrible customer service with a bad attitude! She'd rather chat with her friend at work instead of making any money at work. She should be fired! I used to always come eat at this waffle place everytime I came to Rosedale Mall, but not anymore! Just going straight to Auntie Anne’s instead! My transaction happened on 10/02/23 at 1:34pm, tell her that I was the Asian girl with glasses!

Potluck in Rosedale Mall is a gem. This is the most precious stone of them all. This waffle was much like a diamond, rare and divine.Even though this the 4th location I've been too. Lol the place just doesn't disappoint okay.

Food was terrible. Soggy waffles cold apples on the apple streudel waffle. Hash brown waffle was raw in the middle and side of ham was just heated deli meat. Threw our food out and will never go back.

As a regular, the employees at Black are a cut above any of the competition within the mall, friendly, curteous, and efficient in their work. They also are willing to answer questions about their products, which is helpful to those with allergies or dietary restrictions.I have never recieved incorrect food, which is more than can be said for other places in the food court.Lastly, the atmosphere is still that of a mall, not terribly hospitable, but they do their best with ample seating and natural light.
