Ordered online (the app) for pick up. Easy enough. I can't comment much on service, other than when I arrived my bagel was ready. Just a simple plain toasted, with the bacon scallion cream cheese. It was good, but it was too hot, and my cream cheese was melted everywhere - my fault for ordering it toasted?? Probably. BUT it looked like a mini bagel! Tiniest bagel ever! Lol. I have to say I was disappointed. The store was clean and well kept. Nice location. I must say, though, that I probably won't be back anytime soon.

I did order ahead and got two westerns and an iced coffee. They forgot the iced coffee and then I watched the employee fill a cup with ice and pour hot coffee on it. I’ve gotten iced coffee multiple times from different locations and it’s never been watered down hot coffee like this. Just gross.

Yesterday we ordered 2 farmhouses (without ham) and a twice baked potato. It took way longer than it should have but then we overheard the employees complain about the “big”order and being annoyed with changes. It appeared to be skipped and one girl said “why did you leave me with the big order.” Someone appeared to try and hush her. The attitude seems inappropriate for what we ordered and the fact that it was said loud enough that we couldnt swap ingredients hear as waiting was rude. 3 items is by no means a large order.

The girl with the spiderman necklace told me I should’ve tipped that’s why my order came out after three people who ordered After me. The thing is, I don’t tip until after my service and it was horrible service. She couldn’t quit talking to the two boys there and She also touched everything with her gloves and didn’t change her gloves. I will be talking to the health department.

Great place for rural folk to stop for bagels. We don't have bagel shops out in the country so nice to grab a dozen.ate one with bacon scallop cream cheese outside at a table, nice Sunday breakfast
I ordered 3 farmhouse sandwiches through DoorDash and only received 1. I asked if they could bring the other two I was missing and they said no, I would have to come pick them up. I ended up going back to the store just to pay for two more sandwiches. Shitty customer service.
