I don't usually leave reviews. Stopped by Sunday morning, 7/29/25. Place was not busy. Had an order on an onion bagel. I got some type of bagel with a lot of pepper on it. Also, the tomato was mostly the hard core. This is what I got along with a tip jar placed almost in my face. Time to either give up the bagels or find someplace else to buy them.

No cream cheese on my bagel please, “no problem” get my bagel and it’s overloaded with cream cheese, spilling out the brims. I know reading and comprehension is hard for some adults.

Went in and ordered a double stack, they let me know they were out of bacon I asked to substitute ham and they still charged me for the Ham. I ended up paying for bacon I didn’t get and ham I didn’t want. We will not be returning to this location.

Zero organization to the ordering process. Everyone’s standing around waiting for their bagels. You don’t know who’s in line and who has already ordered. 15 minute wait for two plain bagels with cream cheese. They tell you to sign up for the rewards program to receive a free bagel and cream cheese. If you do, you enter all kinds of personal information and there is nowhere to claim your free bagel and cream cheese.
Ordered online (the app) for pick up. Easy enough. I can't comment much on service, other than when I arrived my bagel was ready. Just a simple plain toasted, with the bacon scallion cream cheese. It was good, but it was too hot, and my cream cheese was melted everywhere - my fault for ordering it toasted?? Probably. BUT it looked like a mini bagel! Tiniest bagel ever! Lol. I have to say I was disappointed. The store was clean and well kept. Nice location. I must say, though, that I probably won't be back anytime soon.

I did order ahead and got two westerns and an iced coffee. They forgot the iced coffee and then I watched the employee fill a cup with ice and pour hot coffee on it. I’ve gotten iced coffee multiple times from different locations and it’s never been watered down hot coffee like this. Just gross.

Yesterday we ordered 2 farmhouses (without ham) and a twice baked potato. It took way longer than it should have but then we overheard the employees complain about the “big”order and being annoyed with changes. It appeared to be skipped and one girl said “why did you leave me with the big order.” Someone appeared to try and hush her. The attitude seems inappropriate for what we ordered and the fact that it was said loud enough that we couldnt swap ingredients hear as waiting was rude. 3 items is by no means a large order.
