If I could give this BWW negative points I would. One of the worst service I’ve ever had, worst food, never come to this Buffalo Wild Wings, everyone worker was disrespectful. This was a nightmare

This is the the last time I'll be here for takeout, each time I've picked up from this location, I've had an extremely poor experience. From about walking out of the store not being told food was missing, to extreme wait times, something was wrong each time.

If their out of food, there needs to be a way to not let you order the food.

If there's a long wait, it needs to tell you the proper info online.

Be careful and check your food if you order from here to make sure it's all there, at the least their ok refunding

The wings have been hit or miss for us the last few visits. Seems that about half the time the wings are overcooked and dry. It's almost like they had been cooked once cooled and then reheated. I appreciate the rewards club as I have gotten some free items. Tried their Hatch Chili burger and it was a winner!

Stopped in for some apps, etc today. Everything from the hostess, the doo, and our server was great! There was enough football on the to keep us occupied while we were there and talking at our table. Olivia, thanks for being having fun with the table! You were great...Good luck with the rest of your 'training' at BWWs. Best of luck with school and your career after! Stay great!

Every time I go to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Roseville, there’s always something wrong with my food. Last time I found hair in my wings and this time I had multiple wings with feathers still on it. I didn’t realize until I had already eaten a couple traditional wings. I was so grossed out that I just ended up tossing everything away!!

Horrible service. I waited 10 minutes for service, people who came in after me got menus and waited on. I left. Not even an acknowledgement by a waitress. 5 tables in the section I was in and 3 were already done eating or in process. Bad on you, lost my 20% tip.

The bartender was nice by telling me where to go to get my take out. The girl that I asked for help gave me a dirty stare when I asked for help to get my take out. I reached out to grab my take out and she quickly drop it on the table. I said thank you and she said mmmh hmmmm with no eye contact! The same dirty stare! Get some therapy!

Someone sat us down then a few mins a waitress comes by asking us for our age, some weren’t 18. they said we weren’t allowed to eat there because we ALL weren’t 18 and they kicked us out and said we weren’t allowed to dine and eat there because to much people “dine and dash”. absolutely horrible.
