Buffalo Wild Wings

Had dinner here with my family on 1/4/2026. We had to find our own seats, they were out of silverware, the food took forever and was sub par, and the next day I see on my bank account that they charged me an extra $20 for no reason on top of what our bill was. Terrible. Will never go back here. Only pleasant experience was that our waitress was fantastic and super apologetic.

Service was terrible. Forgot the app we ordered and the entrees were served 1 person at a time. First person got their food, 10 minutes later the second person got their food, etc., etc. By the time the sixth person got their food the first person was done eating. And we finally got our app while we were eating our entrees. Also, bathrooms were a mess!! Would not recommend this place.

January 1, 2026 was my first time at this location.
From walking in to walking out this store is in desperate need of training staff!
Ordering food at counter bar was slow as the bartender Lindsey on duty was over worked with not only the 8 person in her section plus 8 booths. Lindsey did a good job from what I observed in the over a hour while there. My review would be a 1 star if it was not the good experience with Lindsey.

Unfortunately the kitchen was fast but the food runner was either sleeping in back room or not doing job of running food out to us... By the time my food came out the Fresh Fries were cold and saggy, and I was over hungry. I was hoping to leave a 5 star as most Buffalo Wild Wings stores are 5 star...! Unfortunately this store is not.

I usually like BW's. The food this previous visit was disgusting. I felt ill after eating there. Did they change something across the board for the sauces? Every flavor was excessively salty. If I'm correct, that can't even be a preparation mistake by the cooks since I think the sauces come to the cooks pre-packaged. We were very disappointed.

The service was fantastic though! Our server was super nice and attentive. No notes there! Really great staff.

My recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings in Roseville illuminated how far this once-loved brand has fallen. We were told to seat ourselves and then waited over 20 minutes before walking to the bar to get beers. The bartender sent a server over, who then walked away and never returned when the bartender came with our beers. I ordered 15 boneless wings for me and my brother. We received seven wings and a collection of meatless scraps. Multiple tables were covered with trash and empty plates from neighboring tables. This is increasingly consistent with experiences at other locations nationwide. The portions are minimal, the locations are understaffed and underserved, and the overall experience is very poor. Please consider going to one of the other restaurants across the parking lot. This location should be closed within a year. This restaurant chain should be dismantled entirely. America is dead.

We ordered to go, they messed up our order when we got home. We called for them to fix it and when we got there they just remade us the first order. When we told them again, manager comes out and says they really don't wanna remake it and waste food, so we took it and left trying not to make a big deal. But I'll tell you what, we'll never come this location ever again.

I've enjoyed going to BBW but lately the food hasn't been great. My friend ordered the platter with onion rings and wings and she complained that it tasted gross and that it tasted like the oil they used was really old oil. As far as my order, I wasn't a fan of the buffalo chicken wrap. The chicken didn't taste right.

Home of the world's smallest wings. Came in on Wednesday wing special day. They were out of 2 different flavors before the day had barely begun. The person taking our order while pleasant wasn't knowledgeable about the menu. Bar area a few customers the restaurant as a whole very empty.

The takeout food we got was fine.
Staff seemed confused and drama-heavy.
And most importantly, our order was only partially filled close to what we ordered and the rest was completely wrong.
