Buffalo Wild Wings

We sat in bar area at a High Top Table served by the Bartender and the Bartender was Awesome, she kept our drinks full and gave great service but the nachos I ordered were cold when they came out and I asked for no sour cream and of course they had sour cream. They have also changed the type of tortilla chips they use and they aren't good.

This was my first time going and it was a terrible experience. I had to wait for an hour and when I told the server when my food was going to come she gave me the wrong order. I ended up taking my food to go and it wasn’t even good.

I recently dined at Buffalo Wild Wings and I have to say it was a disappointing experience. We ordered several dishes, but they got 4/5 of our dishes wrong. It was frustrating trying to get the attention of the staff to fix the mistakes. We waved, called out, and even tried to catch their eye, but they kept ignoring our table.

After waiting far too long for our correct orders, we were left feeling neglected and unappreciated as customers. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating, and I can't recommend this place if you want good service and accurate orders. Save your time and money!

Everything was great until the server got my order wrong. No big deal, i used to be a waitress myself, I get it She told us to keep the wrong order and it'll be "our little secret" while she went to get my correct order. Ok, cool, right? The bill came and I was charged for the wrong order as well. Because we already ate the wrong order, I feel as though I couldn't fight it so we just paid and left. So lesson being, DO NOT KEEP ANY INCORRECT ORDERS OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR IT.

Ordered takeout and was let down. Placed order around noon for pickup at 5:15 when we got off work. Took 5 min to be greeted and then still had to wait another 20 min after my order should have been ready to get it. Got home and started opening up containers and they were the smallest wings from the bottom of the bags they had. Almost all of the wings were smaller than the carrots I had gotten with the order. This is the reason I stopped going but we were craving wings and figured give them another try. Disappointing. Do better BWW

I ordered 15 traditional wings (flats) with wedges. Service was fast and friendly. But the food was VERY DRY and the wings was small , this is not my first experience with the VERY DRY , OLD AND HARD WINGS. BUT I decided to come back for dinner. This is horrible please fix this food is too expensive for this type of service..I will not be back to this location 😭

Always a great experience when I visit Buffalo Wild Wings. Service at the rail is top notch with Lindsay!! Wide selection of beers and recent added food specials make for a great lunch or dinner.

kicked us out for no id, everyone had one on them but 1 person and we were all well above 18. never happened before

Food made my stomach hurt. Feels bad in my stomach. Supper salty. About 30 tap beers available, but 90% are from the regular macro breweries. Non from a small local brewery. Feels like a typical big chain restaurant. We had the coliflower wings with spicy garlic sauce. Not that spicy, but good garlic flavor. Onion rings were tastier.

This place is absolute garbage!!!!! This is the second time we ordered ahead for pick up, and we've been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting for our food!!!! I will NEVER come to this awful location again! Absolute GARBAGE!!!!!

It seems that nobody liked the Hostess. Hostess was pushy about walking us to the bar. Nachos were cold, wing were cooked hard .
Plus walking in the bathroom employee didn't wash his hands. The bartender was cool.

The chicken wild wings were cold when we got it and it tasted very dry. The onion rings were good. Batter tasted nice. Service was alright. They didn’t come to fill our water glass despite passing our table a few times.

Terrible experience. Created an order online and went to pick up. Stupidly on our part we didn't check it before we a got home. They didn't make an entire meal of the order. Went back thinking it was just forgotten. Nope it wasn't even made!! So we had to put in a new order and wait at a very busy time so needless to say by the time we got home the original order was cold.
