The service and people were nice but my order was not. I order samething all the time so I know exactly how it tastes. But this time they did not put extra vanilla syrup and extra bubbles. :(

My drink was made fantastically, but when I asked for a straw I was told that they were all out and offered a spoon instead; but if I wanted a straw someone else in the mall would probably be able to provide one. Really awkward and uncomfortable I feel to go to a different business to ask for a basic utensil to have my drink that I got; also wasted precious minutes of my break to find one. If I was told up front that they were out of straws I would’ve gone to a different place instead of dealing with it; or ordered a hot drink that I could’ve just sipped normally

Didn't appreciate the young man , making my mocha, telling all of us that he had been to urgent care and they thought he had whooping cough!! If he is sick he shouldn't be at work putting others at risk of getting ? sick !!!

I ordered an ice matcha tea latte on 03/09 , it tasted just like coffee. I don’t think they properly clean the blenders especially when they’re busy. I do not recommend this location. Sucks !

I'm so glad they Have a fully Vegan food item! The JUST Egg Flatbread is amazing. Also the Non-Dairy milk being the same price as cow milk is a huge win over... Other coffee shops lol

I ordered a large caramel cooler with whip cream and caramelI asked the girl to wipe the cup off SHE THREW IT AT ME WITHOUT THE COVER ONI called 911 and the police came while I was waiting outside the store I was harassed by the mall security. I was on my way to work I was COVERED WITH COFFEE WHIP CREAM AND CARAMEL my hair my coat my scarf my pants and my uggsShe said she accidentally did it. The police came and got my refund because Caribou refused to give me my money. We in America have FREEDOM OF SPEECH. And the employees on duty claimed it was a accident. In what universe does a coffee like that somehow magically fly through the air without the cap on and hit me in the head????The only proof was the numerous cameras in the store.I told the police I want to press charges for assault against my person and the police said they would recover the security camera footage of the incident because that is PROOF,THAT IS FACTS BECAUSE HERSAY IS NOT PROOF OR FACTSI was given a case numberThis young girl should have been arrested on the spot.I called Caribou corporate headquarters to report the incident. So go ahead and give them your business. You may get lucky and have them throw a HOT COFFEE in your face so you can suffer 3rd degree burns and you could sue them for millions of dollars in damages.
