The service and people were nice but my order was not. I order samething all the time so I know exactly how it tastes. But this time they did not put extra vanilla syrup and extra bubbles. :(
My drink was made fantastically, but when I asked for a straw I was told that they were all out and offered a spoon instead; but if I wanted a straw someone else in the mall would probably be able to provide one. Really awkward and uncomfortable I feel to go to a different business to ask for a basic utensil to have my drink that I got; also wasted precious minutes of my break to find one. If I was told up front that they were out of straws I would’ve gone to a different place...
Didn't appreciate the young man , making my mocha, telling all of us that he had been to urgent care and they thought he had whooping cough!! If he is sick he shouldn't be at work putting others at risk of getting ? sick !!!
