I stopped in the Rosedale Caribou Coffee shop today (Nov 11th, Veterans Day) at about 12:30 pm. I ordered a small coffee from the young lady working. She took my perks informations, then asked if I was a veteran. I told her I am, she thanked me for my service to the US, and my coffee was free!!! I was thrilled and so appreciative. Thank you for. your kindness - I wish I knew your name - you made my day. Blessings on you!!

I enjoy stopping here when I’m walking around and get thirsty for their drink. I love their refreshers and energy drinks as well as their frozen strawberry smoothie! (I get the smoothie almost every time lol) My mom really enjoys their chai too. Today I tried the confetti cookie and it was actually pretty good!

I want to give a shoutout to Max for always greeting every costumer with a warm welcome when he is taking orders. He is always happy and has a great energy. I know working at the mall can be really busy but Max never seems tired or irritated with the amount of people by come to get coffee. Thanks for being amazing MAX and I hope you get recognized for your hard work.
