Been to this Caribou a few times now and it’s always quick with good service. Never had to take a drink back or anything. Food is as good as chain coffee gets though!

the customer service is good but from my experience as well as my family's, they tend to get drinks wrong. the last 3 times I have gone I didn't get the correct order. but I think they are training people so that may be why

Overall great. Got a cold press and a sandwich. Cold press was wonderful, sandwich was solid. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Big location with attached access to the bagel shop for perfect pairings.

The coffee was ok and we did not realize the guy had called our names for the order for a few minutes. But overall it was good and the inside was welcoming with a Greta atmosphere.
Just a standard caribou coffee experience which is what you want.
