I come to this Caribou several days a week. Why? Because their app makes it easy and usually works. But my biggest gratitude for this place is that when the app messes up (like sending my order off to another location) the staff go ahead and make my drink anyway. Good People make a difference!

Friendly servers - especially Diana! A bit chilly on lower degree day today, but the customer atmosphere is SO warm and friendly without being imposing. Background music, voices are at great level for conversation, reading or working. Lighting is best of any coffee shop - the windows and overhead lighting. Restrooms are kept clean, tables wiped between customers. Larpenteur Caribou is my overall favorite coffee place.Parking: front of store

Anybody who has stopped in at this location knows that brit is running the show here on larpenteur avenue!! And it honestly wouldn't surprise me if she was the district manager but whatever she is give that girl another promotion she has earned it ? Five stars service all around and the whole crew works together in sync I will definitely be coming back soon thanks ladies

Couple times recently received a latte or hot drink made with steamed milk and it was 1/3 foam and 2/3 drink. Once I figured it was a fluke but twice is disappointing. Please don’t under fill your drinks!

A pretty disappointing visit.We waited a pretty long time to get our order taken as it seems the crew was either not used to working together, inexperienced, or was understaffed.Our coffees came out fast, and so did our food. That all took less time to get, than it took us to wait.Will not visit this location anymore.
