I stopped to purchase a bag of beans. The staff person was delightful, friendly, efficient and took care to make sure that I really wanted the decaf that I had selected. The labeling is somewhat subtle and they made sure that i knew that it was decaf. I really appreciate that attention to detail.
Jodie and Emma take care of, remembering what I order, recognizing me when I visit with a smile, and keeping the machines clean so my drink tastes just right each time. I appreciate the convenience of this Caribou as it is inside where I shop. I see they treat other customers in the same manner as I note when waiting in line.
Everytime I go to this location, the people who work here are always super nice and know what they're doing. I always order a london fog with oat milk, and it seems like there is always an inconsistency in how much they charge and how it's made at every other location. Here, they are consistent and knowledgeable and I greatly appreciate that.
