Nice staff, but they messed up my (fairly simple) drink twice, and I'm not about to ask them to remake it a second time. Furniture is older and surfaces are dirtier than one would expect for a caribou.

There's a lot of cuties at this place who are sweethearts, I may have just caught a few of them on an off mood. I do come by getting coffee at 4pm so it's probably odd I'm there at such a later time, but that's when I start my work shift.

I stopped by Caribou (Snelling Ave-Roseville) around 8am to buy a hot chocolate for my wife. I couldn't upgrade from small to medium without first doing it on the app, in spite of giving my phone number that accesses the points available on my account. Okay, fine. I arrive home to discover the hot chocolate ordered is actually a hot mocha coffee. Neither of us drink coffee, so we threw it away. Do better Caribou.

Disappointed for sure. My latte was hot but missing an inch of liquid at the top. If I’m paying $6 for a small, I expect it to be full. There was at least 5 workers standing around chatting while 2 others worked.
