I would be lost without the folks who work at this location. I feel seen, heard, valued and respected from the second I walk in to when I walk out.
Every drink comes out gorgeously, and always with enthusiasm. I work right next door and not all days are equal, but whether I’m down in the dumps or having a great day, every single one of them brightens it further.

They must have a new crew because my drinks are not ready when I get there almost 10-15 mins after I order. They are rushed and the vibe is completely off. The other crew had a calming feel. I drive from little Canada and stop here daily on my way to work. Mon-Fri. I may as well stay in LC. For this type of feel.

I come here pretty much all the time But that doesn’t matter Today The barista that took my order And checked me out Was extremely rude Questioning me about a drink that I order every day And because I asked for half water, they said it wasn’t in the recipe so they couldn’t make it But in the previous Times that I’ve came before They’ve had no issues making it It’s not like I was asking them to add crazy things all I asked for was extra water less lemonade people ask for replacement milk all the time so what’s the difference they were questioning what location I went too for this and when was it and telling none of us would of done it like well it sure ain’t me making the order

I come here to write and the staff is always so welcoming and sweet. It's a very calming atmosphere with a lot of friendly people who come to sit and drink coffee. It's become one of my favorite places.

This Caribou, in particular, has THE MOST ELITE staff. They are extremely outgoing, they anticipate needs of customers, they are friendly, masterfully managed and they remember you. Outstanding, way to go Fairview Caribou! And no, I don't work there and neither does anyone that I know....Just a customer
If complete lack of social/service skills was a coffee shop. I know y’all have said hello to people before, right? Honestly amazed at the service we just received. Five(?) employees working, one of which appeared to be the GM(?) and not one even glanced our way or greeted us. I greeted who I thought might be the manager and they looked at me like they were confused as to why I was talking to them while they continued to lean against the counter looking back at their phone. Two employees shuffled over to the two registers at the counter but neither made any effort to greet or make it obvious that they were ready to take our order. We asked “what’s up?” to try to figure out if we should order and the barista literally shrugged and stared blankly at us. Hard to tell what’s up when they all have head sets on. Idk. That was so uncomfortable.

Came to this Caribou for the first time after my usual location hasn’t been very good lately. Both my sandwich and drink were delicious, and employees were friendly. Will definitely come to this one instead now.
