Came to this Caribou for the first time after my usual location hasn’t been very good lately. Both my sandwich and drink were delicious, and employees were friendly. Will definitely come to this one instead now.

I'm not sure what drink I received today, but I ordered a crafted caramel press. It was piping hot, so I waited until I got home and finally tasted the coffee. It tasted very strange. It's almost like a decaf coffee, no caramel flavors, and tasted mostly like water. I even tipped the cashier and used my birthday gift card for my order. What a waste.

An employee came in with a dog in a carrier and walked into the kitchen. She then made my drink without washing her hands. When I asked she insisted it was fine because she wasn’t touching the dog. I took the drink because I felt like she would have poorly remade it or spit in it or something. Pets shouldn’t be in the kitchen and you should wash your hands!
