Niko Niko Boba

My daughter and I ordered two large black sugar latte and it was so nasty and bitter not good at all! I wish I could go back there and tell them how disgusting it tasted. We will never give them service again!

Had a tiger milk creme brulee and a mango tea. Both were yummy but was super disappointed that the staff wouldn't pour a mango peach tea. Not complicated to pour half of each into the glass but they refused?. So odd when staff chooses not to accommodate easy requests

The drink was so stale and undrinkable. They clearly did not make it well

Niko Niko (formerly Cha Time) has some of the best and fresh tasting pearls in the cities. Unfortunately the staff is always so rude when I go. They don’t want to be there, and ignore you for as long as possible before taking your order. This only seems to be more recent.

I recently visited Nikki Nikko for a boba treat and was disappointed by the service. Unfortunately, they gave me the wrong size for my order. When I approached the counter, my drink spilled due to an ill-fitting cup holder, and the staff didn't assist or offer a replacement. To make matters worse, two of the three drinks toppled over in my car, and the lid of the third came off, causing another spill. I was hoping for a better experience and customer care

I love this place. I'd never had boba before, but my gran baby loves it so we stopped here. We got the mango smoothie with the popping boba and it was so refreshing. The employees were really nice and helpful since I wasn't sure how to order. We'll be back for sure!

Came all the way to Rosedale Mall just to try the signature milk boba tea . It was abousltly delicious ?. So the fast way to get to Niko Niko Boba is through Jcpenny, I believe on the first floor. It's next to the Playland arcade store. The service was fast , and the atmosphere was great.

the staff were super friendly and my drink was really tasty! my only gripe has to do with the self serve tablet, not at all with the staff or item i ordered. i ordered on the tablet and it gave me no option to tip. i looked at my receipt and a 15% tip was added automatically to my transaction. i just thought the drink was expensive, and i didn’t see the added tip at checkout. i’ve come to chatime many many times but maybe since their rebrand to niko niko they’ve added an auto gratuity. if theres an auto grat, it should be displayed more clearly.

I have been a big fan of boba and my favorite place to get it from was Chatime, now rebranded to Niko Niko. The servers weren’t mean or terrible at all. All I was really disappointed in were the drinks. The boba and other drinks didn’t taste the same, it was watered down, there wasn’t even the slightest taste of sweetness, and overall it was a huge let down. I was really sad because it had my favorite drink there and now I probably won’t ever go back.

Great bobba tea

So I’ll start with the fact that my drink was amazing. I have the ube creme brûlée milk tea and it was the best boba drink I’ve ever had. Now, the service was good - the girl was nice. But she had only been working there three days and was working alone during a rush time shift. I had to wait nearly 25 minutes for my drink. I felt bad for her honestly. The company needs to staff two people… sort of ridiculous.

The drinks are okay. But what get to my nerve that when we were asked to pay with cash or card. We said pay by card and got preferred to self order on the tablet and we've got charged 18% tips auromatically. Please be reminded this is drink to go not sit down and get serve like a restaurant.
