Was told around 6pm when I walked in that they were out of Chips, Guac, Tomatoes and Lettuce. The food serving area was dirty, food splatter all over, there was no ice in the pop machine, trash cans were overflowing, floor area was dirty. Not sure if someone didn't order enough veggies for the day or they really ran out but it is not something I would have expected from a big chain restaurant.

There's been a lot of controversy on social media about the portions. At this location I didn't experience that my portions were great the food was great, customer service was fantastic, and it was a very good clean atmosphere.

I’m not sure what the other reviewers are talking about—this was the cleanest chipotle I’ve seen. The food was fresh, staff was friendly, and overall a great experience.

Kamariyah was AWESOME!! Great help is hard to find, give this girl a raise!!!!!. Food GREAT, attentive, sweet, and knowledgeable. She changed my NEGATIVE feeling from prior locations.I came to this location after ENDLESS AWFUL-10 star experiences at Maplewood. ABSOLUTELY TRASH!I will be giving and encouraging ALL my colleagues to come to this location.

February 26th, 1:45PM. I’ve came into the restaurant and said “how we doing” to a teen who was obviously annoyed. He did his part in a way to where you can’t say he did anything wrong. But as for the women/teen, she looked at me with a disgusted face. She put sour cream onto my burrito without me asking, I told her I didn’t want that and she responded “I don’t care”, so I said it’s fine. “Let me just pay for this and be on my way” she then threw the receipt onto the floor and both her coworkers laughed. I was confused with this customer service and said “have a good day”. As I turn around she called me a rude name without me realizing. But the lady closest to the counter said “that wasn’t nice” and told me “I will speak to a manager for you”. I then proceeded to get my belongings and leave. I love the franchise but I definitely wouldn’t want this to effect locals.
