Terrible customer service . I got a burrito and guac. They have me the smallest portions . I went inside and asked for a refund or a new order . They refused . I will not be coming back to this chipotle.

Wow, this was a good reminder of why I don’t eat at Chipotle… They were switching out the empty food containers over the food prep area and the dirty water under the metal containers were dripping over folk’s food!! The staff was lined up to build your order but it was just a cluster. Wraps were tearing open and they would just double them up. What if the customer did not want 2 wraps…? Half of my protein fell out as the newbie was trying to wrap my burrito and they didn’t even care. Avoid this location if you can.

I ate from this place on September 29th and got food poisoning. I have never in my entire life been so sick. Worst experience ever. Lasted almost 3 full days.Will never eat here again. I was actually at work when it hit me. I missed a total of 11 hours of work between 2 days because I couldn't function with my stomach issues.

The smallest portion I’ve ever got at chipotle even though I had asked for extra on multiple items. It was so small that my burrito folded in half when I unwrapped. I wouldn’t recommend this chipotle to anyone. There are multiple other locations within a mile or two away.

Choose another location! Placed an online order for a bowl and picked up in the drive thru. Totally messed it up, wrong protein, beans missing, and they added disgusting, congealed spicy queso, that I didn’t order. And why do they ask for a tip in the app before you even get the order? Luckily , I complained in app and they gave me a coupon for a free entree. But have to use within 30 days.

All I can say is that I left completely satisfied with the dinner selection service atmosphere and parking This the first time I've experienced Chipotle Mexican Restaurant and I have to say that I was completely satisfied as well as my guest asking me WHY we never tried it before So try it for yourself and you'll receive the same fast friendly service in a really clean restaurant backed by prices to fit any budget as well as packing your belly full with left overs for as tasty snack or dinner In other words I'll be BACK!

Ordered online and picked up through the drive-thru. When I got home and started eating, I realized there was no meat at all in my burrito even though I ordered Barbacoa. None of the toppings I selected were included either. It was just rice, lettuce, and black beans. Completely unacceptable and warning others to stay away.

The front line Latina worker on 9/20/25 at 1:55 pm needs to be fired. Tried to charge me for extra rice when the guy in front of me got double rice no problem and she’s rude to the customers. I said can I have some more rice and she said it’s going to be extra charge. I come to chipotle literally every day. She doesn’t know what she’s talking about and she needs to be trained on her customer service.

The complaints about the quality of the food here are valid. I ordered a double chicken burrito bowl to go. After struggling to get through half of the bowl, I had to give up. The chicken was mostly gristle and fat with an occasional bite of edible meat. It also seemed like the sour cream didn’t mix with the other ingredients as easily as it should.
The portion sizes were as close to vintage Chipotle as you can find but when the food is poor quality it doesn’t matter.
The only bright sides: the restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly.
Order it online for pick up only to find out that they didnt put my sides that I paid for in the bag. They also put the SOMEONE else’s bowl into my bad so I ended up with a complete strangers food.

The food was salty they have one young server up there by herself she had to call for someone to come and help her that was wrong this is like the third time that I've been here and their food what's good the first time the second and third time it wasn't the chicken was salty and so was the guacamole

Was my 2nd time eating at a Chipotle and I went for their salad section instead of their burritos this time and was pleasantly surprised. I got carnitas, no sauce, and cheese which was a good combination for me.
They’ve got an indoor and outdoor seating area and usually I don’t sit outdoors but the weather was fabulous. For some reason, there were 4 workers but only 1 was working in the front and the other 3 weren’t helping. Guy working was super nice, patient, and helpful.
