AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!
We ordered online and everything in our order was wrong, the portions were tiny and the chips were stale. When we drove all the way back to get our order remade the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered, refused to remake our order and walked away to hide in the back. The place was filthy and the cashier smelled like weed. The owner should be ashamed.

1) went in to get a chicken quesadilla and they said i could only get in in the app and like WHY just make it im the only costumer waiting and so obvi i ordered online, 2) once ordered i choose to pick up my order inside and as all the workers were cleaning the store to close i just waited there for 25 min for a quesadilla!! Turns out it was in the back and they put it in a different area, when i asked after 20 minutes they just said okay and then proceeded to ignore me while i stood there. The lady dint acknowledge or say sorry or ANYTHING to me after handing it to me just walked away, the men working were nice but that lady oh my . never again.

Waited in line 30 minutes before I had to leave because I was gonna be late to work. Crazy that the not super long line I was in took longer than 30 min to get to the counter. A lot of the wait was because no one was at the counter for long stretches of time to make people's orders. When I left, they had locked the front doors so no one could come in and get in line. This is at 11:30 am on a weekday. Crazy!

we get in and no workers say a word to us, throw ingredient back into the dish, so unsanitary and they don’t close for 2 hours and cousknt make more guac. i want guac. and no lettuce. i know you have time to make some guac. and they don’t know how to wrap a burrito, this place sucks, and i’m never coming here ever again, fix your establishment because i’ve found more than 10 bad reviews. lazy lazy lazy workers i don’t care if you don’t want to work, it’s your job so do it right.

I’ve been a patron at this chipotle since it opened, and just about every time I go they are missing something if not multiple things. This time it was the forks and queso, last time no beans whatsoever. The workers have gotten better since it first opened, but unfortunately they can’t make up for poor management.

Short highschool kid with funny small ears and pitiful mustache working the line is the worst employee I’ve ever witnessed work at any establishment! completely disrespectful to paying costumers and should not be representing chipotle in the slightest! Everyone else was great haven’t tried the food yet.

My wife and I made an order on the app. Everything came with issues. If it was one mistake or so then ok fine, we get it, mistakes happen. But the entire order was wrong. My burrito was the smallest burrito I have ever seen, barely any rice or meat. My wife ordered a bowl and it was the most pathetic bowl I have ever seen. Again barely any rice or meat. They just poured a ton of sour cream on there. My son’s meal was supposed to have small chips, guac, and a drink. None of that was in our bag. I very much dislike leaving negative reviews but this experience was absolutely terrible.

I found a piece of plastic in my food, filed a complaint, and all I got was a free drink!? This doesn’t feel like adequate compensation for such a serious issue.

Chipotle has gone down hill at many locations but this one takes the cake. They are always scraping the bottom of the tin rather than getting you fresh meat and vegetables. The last (and final) time they were out of sour cream (I said I can deal with it. Whatever. I'm starving.) Then made my whole bowl just to find out at the end that they were out of lettuce! I highly doubt they ran out of either. They were probably being lazy. I told her I didn't want the bowl anymore. She looked at me like she was shocked lol. It's almost as if customers just put up with this crap and don't say anything. What annoyed me the most is they didn't offer a discount or a gift card or free chips or anything. Customer service is a foreign language at this location.
