No signage to direct customers. Employees, while not rude are certainly sad to be working here. No smiles, no greetings, no thank yous. They barely speak loud enough to understand them.

Honestly at this point, give me any other fast food out there over the mediocrity that is chipotle. Today I ordered two bowls to-go via the drive thru lane. Received my food in a sealed bag, labeled with my name and order details, only to find two stranger’s bowls in the bag once I got home. Returned to the store to get my actual order but also asked that I keep the food that was accidentally given to me since it was already opened. Nope! They took it without saying anything and threw it away. Never got an apology or any of the slightest sort of sympathy. But of course the bowls I actually ordered were made well, right? WRONG! I ordered double meat and I’m not even sure I got a normal portion + it was dryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. Sick of the poor customer service and severe inconsistency of the food at this place man….

I always do mobile order from here when im craving chipotle and need a quick meal for lunch. My orders are always quick and efficient but I cant say the same for the evening. The staff were all great and friendly in the afternoon shifts, but evening orders are absolutely horrid. I also found a piece of plastic wrapping or something in one of my orders recently.

Pancheros is more friendly and patient. Pancheros food is a little better than Chipotle.

Ordered ahead to eat in. Upon arrival, there were no other customers, but the staff ignored our request to pick up our order. When we did get the premade orders, the burrito bowls had minimal ingredients! The staff refused to make any adjustments and said our only recourse was to contact corporate!

First, I’m gonna say I used to work here and it looks like it looks so worse than it was when I worked here the chicken was not cooked all the way the tables were really dirty and then there was a employee they had a hickey on his neck. That’s not professional at all. I wish this Chipotle got better. It looks so nasty in here. Tables are not wiped and the employees are just ignoring the tables And on their phones, I regret quitting at the this Chipotle Because it’s so nasty in here and I used to do everything at the Chipotle. In this picture, I am describing this chicken was disgusting. I don’t know what they put it in this bowl, but it was disgusting.

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!
We ordered online and everything in our order was wrong, the portions were tiny and the chips were stale. When we drove all the way back to get our order remade the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered, refused to remake our order and walked away to hide in the back. The place was filthy and the cashier smelled like weed. The owner should be ashamed.

1) went in to get a chicken quesadilla and they said i could only get in in the app and like WHY just make it im the only costumer waiting and so obvi i ordered online, 2) once ordered i choose to pick up my order inside and as all the workers were cleaning the store to close i just waited there for 25 min for a quesadilla!! Turns out it was in the back and they put it in a different area, when i asked after 20 minutes they just said okay and then proceeded to ignore me while i stood there. The lady dint acknowledge or say sorry or ANYTHING to me after handing it to me just walked away, the men working were nice but that lady oh my . never again.

Waited in line 30 minutes before I had to leave because I was gonna be late to work. Crazy that the not super long line I was in took longer than 30 min to get to the counter. A lot of the wait was because no one was at the counter for long stretches of time to make people's orders. When I left, they had locked the front doors so no one could come in and get in line. This is at 11:30 am on a weekday. Crazy!

we get in and no workers say a word to us, throw ingredient back into the dish, so unsanitary and they don’t close for 2 hours and cousknt make more guac. i want guac. and no lettuce. i know you have time to make some guac. and they don’t know how to wrap a burrito, this place sucks, and i’m never coming here ever again, fix your establishment because i’ve found more than 10 bad reviews. lazy lazy lazy workers i don’t care if you don’t want to work, it’s your job so do it right.
