One thing I will say is I’ve never had a bad experience with the food quality or portions here. One thing I do have a problem with is being disrespectful to the older gentleman working behind the register. I’ve been here many times in the past few months and it’s normally the same older man behind the register. I’ve watched numerous employees here act like it’s an inconvenience to repeat themselves, roll their eyes behind his back (literally) and raise their voice at him. Sorry, but with that many people in the building I’d find it hard to hear too. Especially while there’s a line of 20+ people. It’s not that hard to repeat yourself in a kind tone. He is also the one of the only employees who is kind and respectful, many of the other employees are not. Give this man a raise and teach your employees to do better.

Please go to a different location. The Asian lady couldn’t even serve us with a serving of rice. 6PM on a Monday, “We don’t have enough food to give you guys a full scoop of rice”

I am next in line for my CHICKEN bowl and an employee walks up to make their own bowl. She is deciding what to get with another employee and says, loudly and with zero awareness of her surroundings, “the carnitas are too spicy and I won’t get the chicken, I do not trust how it was cooked”. WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!?!? And if that wasn’t bad enough, when I ask the cashier for two bags of chips that are literally right in front of me, she refuses to sell me them to me because they are for “online orders only”. Literally go ANYWHERE else. This place is HORRIBLE and probably going to make you sick based on what I heard tonight straight from an employee.

Friendly, professional, food was on time. The only reason I’m not rating 5-stars is because it’s clear the front entry doesn’t get swept often (leaves, trash, etc)

The service is awful. Super slow and none of the employees care. The line was to the door, no one was at the counter and half the food items were gone. When they finally did come back there was no sense of urgency to get times stocked as 8+ employees continue to wonder around the kitchen area.

Update: Thought I would give them another try. Went in at 7pm on a Friday night. There was a small line and the restaurant was mostly empty. At the counter they were out of Fajitas, Lettuce, and Guac. When I asked they said they weren't going to have any more for the night. There were two people in the Kitchen area, but nothing was getting prepared. No one is managing the store and ensuring they have topping available. Don't bother visiting if you want to customize your food.

Place is dirty and last time I was there the chicken was super salty and when I mentioned it, they ignored me. I had to dumb it in the trash, I tried to eat it but I couldn't.

This location is terrible. Almost every time I order from them something is wrong. Today I waited over an hour to get my order. This place is poorly managed.

7 pm and they’re only selling chips via online order? No signage in store, didn’t find out until we were checking after a 30 minute wait in line. :’(
Edit to add - orders were wrapped poorly and oozed everywhere :/ feeling so defeated rn

Employees admitted they didn’t want to be working there. Service is very slow. My chicken was burnt. Not worth the premium price of a normal chipotle experience. Other chipotles are much better.
