Awfull i cant even explain the bad experience ihad here the cinnabons were cold bairly any frosting the coffe was soo bad i literly threw everthing away , and the staff were like wondering everyweree it was very awfull ..

These are the worst Cinnabon’s we’ve ever had. They were dry, had barely any of the gooey cinnamon that they usually have, and were not as thick.

We had to pay extra to add frosting. The frosting cup was not even full.

This place needs to get retrained on how to make cinnamon rolls like the other stores. They should be gooey, moist, and large/thick.

The owner is selling frosting cups that are not even half filled. This is the worst Cinnabon that I’ve been to in Minnesota.

This is by far the worst location I have been to. It has been a hassle ever since I purchased from them. I picked up a six pack pre-packaged cinnamon rolls. When I went to eat one the middle was raw. I could not stomach the rest of it and called multiple times to speak with someone. I reached a worker who asked if I wanted to pick up another six pack or speak with a manager for a refund. I asked for the manager's number and when I called he did not answer. Instead, I brought in the cinnamon rolls and told the worker that the middle was raw. She tried herself to call the manager who did not answer. Then, she tried to argue with me that I picked it up on 8/12 and it was made 8/12. Ok??? My point was that the middle was raw and not that the product was now fresh. When I disputed that with her she instead said you're supposed to hear it for 30sec prior to eating it. Excuse me???? If it is raw how is 30sec in the microwave going to save it????? I'm really disappointed in their response and treatment of me afterwards, like I was the problem instead of taking accountability for the problem. The only good thing that came out of it was that they agreed to refund me.

Terrible service. I ordered a double chilata and it seemed like I ordered milk and caramel, which I know has nothing to do with it, but when I spoke to the waiters, none of them paid attention and they just said that I put chocolate, but it had nothing to do with it, and they didn't want to change it.

my bonbites were a bit underdone in my opinion (white on the outside).

other than that, please change your gloves often, especially after touching your phone, or handling cash! what's the point in having gloves on if you never change them?! if you work in food service, this should be known!

I love cinnabon! But this Location was such a Huge Disappointment! We ate there at noon, and the Cinnabons were cold and hard like theyve been Out in the open all day. Had to ask them to Reheat them for us kindly and it was a little better but still not a Fresh Cinnabon. If you like Cinnabon you have better luck at a different location!

Very disappointed as love Cinnabon in the past. I ordered 2 boxes on mini and they were not fresh and hard. Looked like day old individually placed in box.

I spent 60 dollars there today!
Hope the owner will think about quality of product .I don't plan on going back.

I’m so annoyed. I bought 2 classic Bonbites but the girl gave me one. I actually said to her that I asked for 2 but she told me she charged me for just one and was going to charge me again if I wanted another one, because the transaction was already completed I was like it’s fine I don’t wanna do all that again. Well now I’m home, my receipt (which she said she looked at the transaction) shows that I got charged for 2 and I only got one. Like this is $6 why you charging me $12 for 2 and just give me one. I even tipped her $2 which I very much regret, you guys need to pay attending when serving guests especially if the customer says something, she should have actually double checked rather than pretending to check. You guys will never see me again!
