Just had the most unnecessary encounter at this location. Boyfriend and I ordered a small blizzard, large smoothie, and pretzel sticks. Upon waiting for the smoothie, we realized they had forgotten it and cleared the order. We asked about the smoothie, and they handed us the wrong one, no big deal. We asked to have it remade in the correct size, and instead of simply apologizing and correcting it, they chose to go back through all the orders several times and claim we never ordered one. It's a simple fix and not something to argue with a customer about - smoothie was remade, but the attitude of the two employees made it a sour experience. Coming from someone who has worked at a DQ and has years of customer service experience, this is not the way to treat your customers. A simple greeting and handing the customer their receipt in case an issue occurs goes a long way. Employees need some better training as there was no long line, no attitude from us, and no reason to act so unfriendly. Will not be returning to this location in the future.

WORST Customer Service, AVOID!!

I came here on my son's 8th birthday, ordered the Crunchin’ Cookie Dipped Cone via app, which the store didn't have. They said chocolate or strawberry dipped only. I asked her if she was willing to sprinkle some crunch on top of the cone due to not having my order request of the Crunchi cookie dipped. She said it'll be an extra charge. The workers stated it's headquarters fault and they have no control if they have no Crunchin’ Cookie Dipp and all DQs haven't had any-said it with an attitude as though this is your own problem vibe. Like 1st off you're making yourself & DQ look bad, by saying oh corporate knows & we know but aren't doing anything about it. With the poor customer service, I won't be returning to this DQ. Seriously just a little crunch sprinkle so my son would had felt special on his birthday-- to have the little bit of crunchin was made it ought to be impossible by the workers. Rude, poor customer service, false advertisement if having item of Crunchin cookie dip available when/if no Dq has it like what the workers are saying seems dissapointing. If there are no inventory of it available, please stop the order via app's ability to order it & say it's not available. The workers were on their phones & didn't wash their hands as well. 1st & last time at this location!!

The older Indian woman was rude! She needs to be fired. She up charged us 5 dollars for toppings but the toppings are within the recipe! She was trying to start a fight with my mother also basically assuming we couldn’t afford the ice cream lol my mother kept telling her it was fine and she still kept charging her… I’ll keep my receipt this won’t be the last time she hears from us either!

Staff named Anjana js really rude! We wanted to use the mobile code coupon and she said the store can’t accept. We asked her to try scanning the code but she answered in a harsh voice. WORST ATTITUDE EVER. Saw all the comments here prove my points. Please improve

absolute worst experience i have ever had!!

i am visiting minnesota and came by this location with my boyfriend, we ordered online as we didnt want to go to the counter, and all the workers were busy at the time aswell.

we ordered a combo meal online, $5 for a hotdog and sundae, then i got a ice cream cup and hotdog aswell. when we went to the counter to pickup our online order, we were greeted by a older indian woman who was EXTREMELY rude. she told us we didnt pay for one of the hotdogs, and that the combo we ordered wasnt available in this location (but the order went through here anyways??)

she argued with us for nearly 10 minutes, asking “how old are you” and telling my 21 year old boyfriend that he “doesnt know how anything works”. all because we paid 1$ less online, then by ordering at the counter.

IF THEY DONT HAVE THE COMBO WHY DOES IT SHOW ON THEIR ONLINE MENU? and why are they blaming the customers for ordering online??

terrible customer service. will never visit here again with the way she was talking to us.

Worse experience ever from a food place, some old Indian lady was trying to charge me for a mobile order I placed saying that I didn't pay for the food when it was literally on the receipt. Said I didn't know anything after I told her it wasn't my fault it let me place the order. Never coming here again

I just tried to order something at the mall and the employee was on the phone and held her phone up to her ear the whole time. I asked her to repeat herself because I didn't understand what she was saying and she had a huge attitude. I have no idea... I know that we are hard up for staff but this is outrageous. I just left without getting anything....

Worst DQ ever . Ordered a brownie and oreo cup and they put marshmallow sauce on top it which luckily I saw them doing it . I asked them if they can make another one without the marshmallow as im allergic to it but they refused saying you ordered it . The menu never mentioned that they put marshmallow sauce in there . Terrible customer service.

As a former worker there do NOT shop there anymore DO NOT WORK THERE ESPECIALLY the the manager is very disrespectful unkind and is rude to our customers she’s rude to our workers and she is always on the phone brings in someone who just sits down and doesn’t help and she fired me for no apparent reason at all DO NOT WORL THERE DO NOT BE A CUSTOMER THERE very bad environment and poor service. Bad experience!....I got a strawberry banana Julius and it tasted like banana only....I kindly asked them to remake it or get just switch to a strawberry Julius but they wouldn't allow it saying that was the recipe. I've ordered this drink multiple times at this location and other locations and it never tasted like this. The strong artificial banana flavor was so overwhelming I just threw the drink away....I'm going to stick with my boboa teas.... bye DQ!
