Bad experience!....I got a strawberry banana Julius and it tasted like banana only....I kindly asked them to remake it or get just switch to a strawberry Julius but they wouldn't allow it saying that was the recipe. I've ordered this drink multiple times at this location and other locations and it never tasted like this. The strong artificial banana flavor was so overwhelming I just threw the drink away....I'm going to stick with my boboa teas.... bye DQ!

If I could give ZERO stars I WOULD! I think most people that come to this location have the same HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with the SAME employee!! It’s an Indian woman that looked about 40, claimed she was the manger. Ordered a slushie, it was filled halfway, I asked to fill the cup up more since I’m paying full price. The worker said well, a 13 year old employee made it so take it. WOW. My daughter wanted whip cream on her slushy as well and she wanted to charge $3 for it. I said I’ve never been charged that price before, can we double check on that. She said “ughhhhh, I want to have a good holiday and I’m charging an additional $1 now, your daughter is being very stubborn” I have never experienced an employee calling my child a name other then the birth name I gave them. I really don’t know how this woman is the manager or even still an employee. Corporate needs to do something about this HORRIBLE service here! It’s truly unacceptable!! REFUND ME !!!! And get rid of this price gouging employee!!! EDIT TO ADD: im reading other reviews and the “owner” always comments the same exact thing on reviews “we’re sorry about your experience, we’re always listening” CLEARLY NOT LISTENING IF EVERYONE KEEP COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL THE STAFF IS. Nothing has changed! I see I need to take it a step further come Monday!

Went in to redeem a free blizzard I had, and the workers were extremely rude. Sat down to look for other dessert places, and the workers were just staring and made me feel uncomfortable. The couple of mins I was there, another customer needed to have something remade and the worker was rude to them as well. Never going back and would recommend others not to either.

Can’t believe how rude the woman working here this afternoon was. I ordered a small cone rolled in crunch and they rang up a dipped cone plus a dollar for crunch. I explained I didn’t want dip, just crunch and they said that’s the price. I said Oh, that’s not how the other nearby location rings it up — it’s usually the same price as my husbands dipped cone. I was kind and ready to move on but the lady stared at me and said “you think I want to be working in a Sunday?! I’m just an employee.” Again, I was nothing but kind and simply inquiring about price and this woman lost her marbles and made it a terrible experience for our family.

My boyfriend and i visited this location. The prices are expensive but we ordered. He ordered a MEDIUM blizzard for himself and a MEDIUM blizzard for me. They then gave him a small one after charging us $12 for two blizzards. If it was a mistake that's okay but the service was awful when we asked for clarification about prices they immediately started acting defensive.

The mini blizzard was too sweet, idk how people eat the larger sizes of it. It was my first time at a Dairy Queen and I didn't know if they would allow me to sample a flavor so I asked if they did that and the worker was so rude to me, she glared at me and didn't answer for a while and I had to repeat my question for her to answer no in a very disrespectful and condescending way.

The lady working is very rude. For the pina-colada smoothie, she forgot to add sweetener then when I told her about this she was being rude and added more than 1 pump of sweetener because of this I was not able to drink the smoothie.
