They do not stay open until 9:00. At 8:15 the employee said they were closed ): People were eating ice cream at the tables and the open sign was lit up

Stopped on nice 70 degree Sunday afternoon, at approximately 3pm was told the place was closed because of short staff. But employees were leaving .Maybe they should of called in more help, like the manager or owner instead of turning customers away. It will be sure not to ever stop here again

It's Really cool to see vintage dairy queen from the 50s that's still around today

Classic spot. Employees are always friendly. My kids love riding their bikes to the DQ.

Gave them a few tries, and I'm never going back. It's worth the extra drive to go to literally any other ice cream shop. I normally love DQ but these were the worst blizzards I've ever had by a huge margin. Came out already soupy and melted, and the chocolate extreme had almost zero toppings in it, just plain old vanilla soft serve with a sprinkle of chocolate pieces on top. when I told the employee that it looked wrong, I was told that I was wrong, that it was supposed to be like that and that there was plenty of brownie in it (there was not). These employees could not possibly care less about the customers, they act as if we are nothing but an inconvenience for wanting to order ice cream from them and they don't put any effort into making the items correctly. Don't waste your money here y'all

I paid the highest price for two medium Blizzards at any Dairy Queen ever ($13.56) and they were simply awful. If you are going to charge a premium price, at least have the decency to offer some value for the money. We had two Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzards. There was a sprinkling of nuts, but the Blizzards were utterly devoid of any chocolate or caramel. They were literally white from top to bottom. I will never return to this location.

Not grill and chill so they don't have the deals that other's other or r willing to selling! Meat such and an burger or an chicken strips or me I would have sold an chill dog as an offering for an happy customer good sale ROI. Ask me, but not my stores!

Terrible service. Waited in line forever bc the person taking the orders kept leaving the order window after every order to go help make the order. What a joke. The line just kept getting longer and longer. Honestly by the time we left I had my doubts the remainder of the line would even get served before they closed. They must be losing money hand over fist. Not that we care - We won’t be back anytime soon.

Very Rude and Inconsiderate Service.Next time a 6 year old approaches the window to inform you she ordered a root beer float, heavy on the root beer and got next to no root beer, don't shrug your shoulders and then shut the window on her!Won't be visiting this location again!

Twice I’ve come in for a crunch cone and it’s been what ever is left at the bottom

This DQ usually has a long line in the summer. Of course the ice cream is good but I want to give a shout out to the employees because they’re great and I appreciate them. They always provide good service and are always kind.

Ordered a banana split, couldn’t get that as they were out of banana’s. The ordered the Peanut buster parfait, three young people worked on it for 10 minutes. They didn’t know how to make it. It didn’t look like the picture and the ice cream seemed wrong color. The front of building is boarded up. Maybe they should board up the whole thing.

Pretty frustrating to be denied service on two different occasions at 8:35pm and 8:40pm when the location is open until 9pm. There’s also rude signage saying they’re out of certain items and “don’t ask” if they have them. Wish our neighborhood DQ was managed better.
