This was the saddest experience I've ever had at a Dairy Queen. Everyone working there was miserable. I've been going to this dairy queen for years.... wow!!. Guessing it's changed Owners.

So sad to see so many DQ closing 😢.
Stopped by here to grab ice cream with the kiddos as the one down the street on Larpenteur and Lexington closed down. They were busy but service was fast! They have a large parking spot and some picnic tables outside for eating. What's great? Playground and park right across the street!

the customer service here was incredible! this was my first time ever mobile ordering and I was a bit confused on where to pick it up, plus it was super busy since it's getting hotter now. the drive thru line was packed and the lobby inside to order was busy as well, but this one worker acknowledge me and knew that I had a mobile order! I wished I got his name... but he made sure to get my order ready! everyone there was so professional and nice, I never experienced this type of customer service before. I'm going back here soon!! <3

There were a couple of years when this DQ was struggling on consistency and service, but all of that has changed. The people who work there are always kind, professional, and fast. When my husband comments on this, I know it’s true. They also don’t compromise on quality and they fill up their blizzards and other treats to the top. Be sure to throw them a tip. They are so appreciative. This is our all summer DQ.

I just found this DQ and I love it there so much!! I'm not sure of what's the guy name who worked drive thru tonight but he is AWESOME and needs a raise. He was so polite and got my order correct. I asked for a small change and he did it with a smile. We are moving from this area soon but will come across town for this customer service. Great job guys!! Forget the naysayers❤️
The blizzard wasn't mixed all the way. The bottom third was just regular soft serve. They also forgot one of the ingredients, which was in the name of the blizzard.

To the young guy working the drive thru between 5:30 & 6 pm on 11/10/2024, you might wanna hold off on getting high during business hours...you very clearly cannot handle your stuff. ?
