The blizzard wasn't mixed all the way. The bottom third was just regular soft serve. They also forgot one of the ingredients, which was in the name of the blizzard.

Frozen ice milk has gotten VERY expensive. I drove thru today. Ordered a large plain cone and a pup cup. It cost me $7.02!!! The pup cups had been free up to a couple weeks ago, and a plain vanilla cone, for over $7.0 ????? What a ripoff.

I saw multiple serv safe food safety violations while I was waiting for 1 employee to make my ice cream. The 1 in the kitchen touched raw chicken tenders with the glove she was wearing and didn't change gloves or wash her hands before she started cooking frys and then with the same glove that she touched the raw chicken tenders she grabbed a food item and served it out the Drive thru window to a customer and went back to cooking with the same glove. Hard to unsee it once you have been trained in serv safe. The 2nd employee also was wearing the same glove the whole time I was hear. I just now know not to eat food here
I have ordered a personalized cake and have been trying to call and get through to the store for over 4 hours and no answer at all and no way to contact anyone to change my pickup time...I'm not sure the number on the website is correct as I tried it for 3 days and never an answer...I had a surgery and wasn't able to drive afterwards and wanted the cake prior to my appt. had to have someone pick it up for me and luckily was still there...kinda our tradition to do dq cakes for birthdays...it turned out wonderfully and my son loved it.

Dq got my order wrong I asked for 4 piece chicken basket. All they gave me was 4 pieces of chicken but i paid for a basket. The guy made me pay an extra $1.40 for toast. Im like huh? Then he made me pull in front of dq to wait for the rest of my basket since I already had the chicken.
