Faith was an amazing server. She was very attentive and had a wonderful attitude. The restaurant was warm and welcoming with a great atmosphere. Hot coffee, excellent and hot food. Bathrooms were clean, parking lot was clean with snow removed.

So bad-
Yesterday my friends and I came in the middle of the night. It was late, we had a group of 7 and there were only about 2 employees working. It’s difficult working fast food and I rarely if ever make reviews, BUT TELL ME WHY MY GROUP WAITED OVER 2 HOURS TO RECEIVE OUR FOOD?
There was a duo who arrived after us and received their meal first. And there were many instances where the waitress didn’t give us water. She continued forgetting our orders and forgetting bills. We decided to just stick it out since we were hungry and in shambles (having just returned from an event). In full honesty, we should’ve just left because the food was not worth it either. I ordered the salmon and it was salty. I would’ve cried tears of anguish if I wasn’t so thirsty from the LACK OF WATER.
Horrible horrible horrible. Do not waste your time coming here. Just go to the Denny’s nearby Harmar Mall. Waaaaaay better.

Service was bland just like the food. No refills on a $4 soda. Our waitress was unfriendly and annoyed we were there, we also were her only table. She only came twice, to take our order and to give us the food. Wasn’t offered refills or anything. Took forever to get the check. It’s crazy how much they ask for subpar food and to not even give any customer service as well. Will just stick with Perkins.

Was here after we stopped at a lot of other restaurants and their kitchens were closed at 11pm-12am. When we entered there were a lot of people waiting, and we knew it would be a wait. However, it would be more than a wait. They were short staffed and had one person mainly cooking. Because of that, people started leaving because the wait times increased. People left and new people that came were turned away because of the wait times. We were apologized to and offered free dessert but we turned it down. After 2 hours of waiting we finally got food, and was charged the full amount. Like that's ridiculous to make a couple wait for that long and charge them full price. We were understanding of being short staffed, but not giving a discount for their issues, never again and never recommend.

Service was so bad we got up and left . Only one waitress working on Saturday at 1:45 pm and the food coming out was in slow motion .
No excuse that managers do not come in to help.

Alejandra as my wait person was very gracious. I went for a complimentary birthday breakfast, which we both discovered after i had already eaten that you no longer offer. She was able to work it out so I still got a discount.

Girl I came here to eat and paid 40 for 2 meals the hamburger was soggy and had absolutely no flavor it was just greasy meat. I had to add so much pepper and salt it was ridiculous i genuinely don’t ever write a review but the hamburger was horrible.

Ordered curbside pickup but still ended up going inside to pick up order. Order was supposed to be ready at 10am wasn't ready till 10:18am. Food was terrible. Breakfast sandwich was cold the omelet was cold. Burrito hash browns were cold the only thing that was made right was the steak and eggs.. unfortunately all hashbrown were still cold.. and all the manager offered was refunding the $8 burrito.. this was my 3rd bad experience with this location...
