The conditions at this Denny’s are disgraceful. They exploit a skeleton crew while discarding loyal, capable staff. The leadership is dysfunctional, and the operation is a disaster. This place should not be open to the public.
Fantastic staff, our party of 11 came into the restaurant and Stephanie served us to the best of her ability!

I wouldn’t eat at this Denny’s, even if they offered free meals for life.
This establishment is poorly run from top to bottom. The management treats their employees with utter disrespect, firing staff without just cause. They’re constantly out of basic ingredients, which is inexcusable for a restaurant. The management team operates unprofessionally and even steals from their employees.
This situation is beyond unacceptable. How can a restaurant function like this?

This Denny’s is a disaster. The way they treat their employees is beyond disrespectful. Hardworking staff are pushed to exhaustion while lazy workers are given free rein. Management fires people over “poor performance” without ever giving them feedback. Worse yet, I’ve personally witnessed discrimination and blatant racism. They’re constantly out of menu items and so understaffed that service suffers immensely. It’s heartbreaking and unacceptable.

Won't serve a bigger group on certain days. That's bullshit. What kind of business is that.

Gross. The table was filthy, so after unsuccessfully looking for a way to just clean it myself, I asked if someone could re-clean it. A guy comes out with a dirty rag, visibly annoyed, shaking his head and making gestures like my request was unreasonable. Then he half-heartedly smeared the sticky syrup and old food around the table, leaving a glob of who-knows-what right where my wife was about to sit, and walked off grumbling.
I'm guessing he was the one who bussed the table and felt offended. Maybe this place is better on other days—but after reading other reviews, this doesn’t seem like a one-time slip.
Here’s the thing: If your customer service is bad today, it was probably bad yesterday, and it’ll be bad tomorrow.
As a manager myself, I tell my team: “It doesn’t matter what happened or why—respond with kindness. If you can’t do that, you’re in the wrong place.”
