This location needs better customer service and to do their jobs correctly. Marking the pizzas as done when theyre not and giving attitude when you ask a question about if your order is what it should be. Then going home and finding out they did screw it up anyway. Giving out pizzas that sat too long under the oven because they forgot to make another part of your order at the same time so the pizza itself is old by the time we eat it. Not everyone there is bad at their job but some of y'all are. Especially the one who was bragging that she is good at her job. I think not.

Had a 40$ order tonight October 16th 2025! Bruh the delivery took forever And we still had a cash tip for the driver! But the idiot just left our order at the door, knocked and took off! when it should have been handed to us. You never know what kind of tip you'll get stupid and in this economy lmfao! if you workin at dominos ik you need every dollar you can get 😂😂😂

Our pizza showed up very undercooked. The cheese wasn’t even melted in spots and it was wet! I specifically selected in the dominos app for ‘well done’ on the bake instead of ‘normal’ bake. The cheese slid around the pizza because it wasn’t fully cooked. When I reached out to the store for a refund it was absolute crickets. Worst dominos in the area by a wide margin. Give your business to the dominos off Lexington ave in Arden hills instead at least they can cook a pizza! NEVER AGAIN!
