Nice staff, barely speaks English, dining in area is gross. As I was sitting in the lounge area I told a staff member it's gross in there. Glass around doors plastered with handprints. It's early am. Place should be cleaned.

Straight chaos behind the counter here. There were many people working yet no one seemed to know what they were doing. The person taking my order walked away as I was asking him something and later provided me with inadequate change. The coffee was overpriced and flavorless. My kid liked the donut, but let's face it, he likes anything with frosting. The ambience was non-existent and the chair next to me had old food stuck on it. I won't be back.

Last two times I’ve gotten coffee there it taste like straight water. Awful.

I’ve been a regular at this coffee shop, using it as a refreshing place to get tasks done online. The space is nice and visually appealing, but there are recurring issues that make it less enjoyable. One of the main problems is their refusal to pull down the shades, even when sunlight is blindingly hitting the tables. Despite the shades being installed, I’ve been told several times that the owner doesn’t like them pulled down. I guess the sun-glared tables are part of the “experience.”

On top of that, the bartenders sometimes aren’t honest about drink orders. For example, when I asked for steamed milk with my coffee, I saw them add regular cold milk instead. While I didn’t make a fuss about it, it left me questioning the attention to detail here.

It feels a bit disrespectful when customers are paying for their experience, yet their simple requests are denied in favor of the owner’s preferences. After all, this isn’t the owner’s private living room. The shop should be prioritizing customer comfort over anything else.

My suggestion to the owner: Understanding that customers drive the business and balancing personal preferences with their needs is crucial for long-term success.

For others like me who enjoy working at coffee shops, I’d recommend heading to Caribou Coffee or Starbucks less than half a mile away. They offer great service, and you can get a spot without having to worry about the shades staying up just to keep the owner happy.

Even if I only spend $10 per visit, three days a week, that’s about 12 days and $120 a month. But hey, if keeping the shades up is more important than keeping customers like me comfortable, I guess the owner won’t have to worry about it anymore—I’ll gladly keep my money and my shade requests elsewhere.

I had a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. It was the worst sandwich of my life. The hash browns were soggy and cold. The sandwich was soggy. The coffee was good

I've never been somewhere where you ask for 7 donuts and they only sell you 6 because 7 doesn't fit in the half dozen box.

I go to this Dunkin pretty frequently. Most of the staff is pleasant and my drink order is accurate - the problem is the food items. At every other dunkin I go to (Bloomington, maple Grove, maple wood...) they put the whole sandwich in the toaster so the bread, the egg/meat, and the cheese is all hot. At this Dunkin, the sandwiches are ALWAYS stone cold. The cheese is never melted and frequently the bread is cold. Today I learned why when I went in to get the correct item after a drive thru mix-up. It looked like they just put the egg in the toaster, assembled it, and dropped it in the bag. I told the person assistanting me I didn't think he had but it in the toaster, but she assured me he "just took it out." Yet again, the majority of the sandwich was cold.

If every other dunkin puts the whole deal in the toaster, maybe that should be the standard? I feel like non-melted cheese and cold bread is not the product I would want to send out but whatever. Maybe this is going to be a drink only Dunkin for now on for me.

Lots of folks in the drive thru, I ended up getting the wrong donut (maybe out of the kind I ordered?), & the coffee was pretty dismal. The place was slammed so I'm guessing the staff were overwhelmed, but definitely won't be back.
