Staff was very kind and made sure my experience was great. The ambiance is very modern and beautiful. The food is fine, it's Dunkin donuts after all. But as far as DD goes, I would say this is one of the best.

I ordered a peppermint mocha and they made the wrong drink first then made a cold peppermint mocha when I wanted a hot one that is shown on their menu board. Donuts are pretty dry and don't taste good (not unique to this location - just in general). Restrooms were locked and needed a code.

Always wonderful. Missing their summer prices of 3$ with app for the refreshers. Their app has rewards you can build to collect free items as you go. Make 12 visits in a month and go from 10 points per 1$ to 12. On Mondays order ahead on app gmcan net you 100+ points in addition to what you spent.

If your looking to get a coffee later in the day do NOT GO HERE!!! I dont know if the crew that closes the store doesn't want to work but to shut your machines off 20mins before your closing time is crazy and then say your closed is nuts!! I go to dunkin faithfully!! But this location is a joke. I pulled up 7:43 (close at 8) sat at the drive thru order sign no hello nothing. Called into the store from the drive thru at 7:51 worker answers to say sorry we are closed..? But you close at 8 and I've been sitting here just to hear our machines are off so we're closed!! Noted!!! So dont believe the listed times!!

I normally have a good experience at this place and they make my coffee well. But today was awful, my coffee didn’t even look like it had any milk in it. I got the same coffee the day before and it looked nothing like this. It tasted old, and like chemicals.
