got charged on my card on the mobile app, I go in person and they don’t do anything about it? this happens a year prior aswell, last time they said “well we can charge you again and see if it refunds the other one” they said that again. Never coming to this location, they don’t care about customer service and all they want is $. Wouldn’t ever come to this clueless location and rather would take my $ elsewhere.

Village idiots working here. My hot food is always cold. Ex. Everything bagel minis aren’t cooked long enough. Not one of them understands how mobile orders work. My order sat there for 10 mins ready to go but there was no way for me to know that because that had it in the waiting queue and situated on the receipt facing them where I couldn’t even see the name instead of in the Mobile orders tray where it belongs. Worst part is I stood there for that long and no one even bothered to ask what I was waiting on. I had to reach over the counter basically to see that my name was on that order and I asked if it was awaiting something and she’s like oh no here you go 😒

I bought 2 donuts, and both of them were stale . I spent over 5 dollars for stale donuts. I would have gone back, but I was all ready on the road. I will not go back .
