Satellite store is just not the same. Also, $15 for 2 ice cream cones is not okay. Won't be back.

I have NEVER TASTED PIZZA THAT WAS AS BLAND AND AS BADD AS THIS PLACE...I ordered pizza for my boss and myself and it was the worst. We took one bite and demanded a refund.. I am only talking about the pizza ?... They need to sell ice cream ONLY!!!!!

How fun to find this inside of Rosedale Mall! I absolutely love their ice cream, especially the malts, and the pizza was really good too!

9-2-22 12:17pm. Cashier took my order then went to go grab my pizza crust and threw it in the oven. She didn't wear gloves so I told her it wasn't sanitary. She had the nerves to be annoyed and say the oven is hot so it'll kill the germs. Then started talking stuff with the coworker. So because the oven is hot that makes it okay to handle food directly with no gloves? Especially right after taking my order, on a register you probably don't clean often. And she had long nails at that. Disgusting.

If I could have gave less than one star I would have they have the worst pizza I've ever had in my life I don't even think the pizza was cooked all the way and I ordered a strawberry shake and by time I got into the car I was drinking strawberry milk it was running and the young girl that was at the register she seemed to have a slight attitude when I asked her about a combination slice. Then she didn't even give me a straw with the strawberry milk that I got which was not a shake they are not good I don't know what the regular location is like but I hope it's a lot better

Delicious ice cream but rarely get it since they close at 7 (which is why 4 stars). I'm assuming Rosedale closes that time, but would be great if after dinner hours applied since the restaurants and theater are open later!

Walked up to order and couldn’t even get a greeting. Employee looked annoyed to even be helping us. Might I add she didn’t wash her hands before potentially handling the food. I began to speak my order and couldn’t even finish my sentence before she began moving else (yes I spoke loud enough). Safe to say I left immediately after that and took my money elsewhere. I’ve worked in the food service industry and understand everyone has bad days but this person was rude as can be. With that kind of service I definitely don’t recommend.

the cookie monster ice cream was fantastic and the girls working this morning were very friendly and helpful. the pizza was also very good for the price and its definitely the cheapest food in the mall. id highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area.

Great service, friendly vibe and very clean… you can’t beat a giant scoop of ice cream and a slice of pizza ? for $8!
I have mixed reviews for this place. The pizza and ice cream are delicious! Plus for $8 you can get 1 slice and a scoop of ice cream which is a good deal. The staff unfortunately is very unprofessional and makes me not want to visit this location. They are not friendly at all, on their cell phones and one decided to skip the dress code and have a half shirt instead. I will probably be back just for the pizza.

I just had the most wonderful customer service experience at the Rosedale Mall. I always feel guilty receiving service moments before an establishment closes, however tonight I had no such feelings. After returning from a restroom break, the employee at the Grand Ole Creamery sold me ice cream at 6:55pm, minutes before the mall was scheduled to close. As a food service employee myself, I would serve the customer with reluctance, maybe scoffing a rude comment as the patron walks away. This employee however flashed me a golden smile as I paid and assured me that the service was no trouble. I will absolutely be returning with my business in the near future.

Wanted some ice cream and walked up to get some at 6:40pm and the guy working behind the counter said they were closed. Online it says 7 and the mall doesn’t close until 7. Very poor customer service.

Pizza was DISGUSTING. I’ve never heard my kids say they didn’t like the taste of pizza before. I gave them 2 stars because the ice cream was good.

Just a review for their ice cream - I got a pint of North Country Crunch: chocolate malt ice cream with Heath toffee and sliced roasted almonds, and it's some of the better ice cream I've had in the city. Not super malty but decent amount of mix ins and the consistency is super soft and creamy. Would go again.
