Pete did an excellent job on my special request cookie cake! They were out of boxes for cookie cakes so the manager Domeny found a creative solution to help me out. They both provided excellent customer service, and I will be a return customer for sure! Not to mention, the cookie cakes are consistently delicious! Grateful for these two employees today!

I tried making a custom online order for Valentine's Day but the website wasn't working. But I called in and they were able to make it work! They took a custom order for a minion even though they were hesitant to create a custom drawing.I appreciated the willingness to make it work even though there were issues!

I went there a few days ago and had one of the best shakes I've ever had I should have taken a picture i got a cookie shake it had a peanut butter cookie and chocolate ice cream the employesss recommended it they had great customer

I waiting for over a week to allow time for the owner to contact me as was promised by the manager before writing this review. I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and was very disappointed by what I received. It looked like a toddler wrote on it and was clearly wiped off and redone. The manager said the owner didn't like the way he did it, so the owner redid it and it was a mess! The manager assured me I would be reimbursed and the owner would call me, it still hasn't happened. I called again and still no follow up. Really bad way to start a new business.

This is what I asked for from the employee Amari. And this is what I got. Nothing I asked for. I asked the Indian employee for a discount because this was nothing I wanted, he only took $3 off. The cookie is also nasty and super dry. I wouldn’t recommend during business with

Great, little shop with many offerings. The sweet aroma from the various baked sweet treats is enough to tantalize passersby. Nothing beats a fresh baked cookie. Do yourself a favor & stop by. Enjoy!
